Enjoy this warm coastal beach house just 2 blocks from the beach and a 7 minute walk from downtown Rehoboth! This newly renovated, 4BR, 3 BA home located on Bayard Avenue is the perfect getaway for you and your family. Enjoy a first floor master suite and adjacent first floor guest room, large living room to unwind, and newly remodeled kitchen/dining room. Upstairs, enjoy the privacy of two bedrooms with a shared bath with the option to sleep two children in full-sized cribs.

The home is fully equipped with an updated kitchen with all the necessities for cooking a delicious meal, completely renovated bathrooms and showers throughout, TVs, WI-FI, and plenty of space to enjoy your getaway!

Enjoy a gas grill, outdoor dining set, and two Adirondack chairs with small table - all in the backyard!

FIRST FLOOR: Our home has a master suite with its own private full bath with brand new marble shower, king-sized bed with Four Seasons Hotel mattress, smart TV, and closet. The first floor guest bedroom has a king sized bed with a Four Seasons Hotel mattress and TV. The family room has a large and comfortable sofa, two plush swivel chairs, and a SMART TV to unwind after a day at the beach. The dining room has seating for 8-10+ and additional sitting space for two at the island. Also on the first floor, a full bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, and access to the backyard.

SECOND FLOOR: Two large upstairs bedrooms - one with Queen and full-sized crib, the other two Queen beds and a full-sized crib. Shared full bath.

Our home provides not only great value for your vacation, but also a sense of home and serenity for you and your loved ones. Perfectly located minutes from the beach and downtown Rehoboth, close to activities for everyone in your group!

Rental reservations come with one seasonal parking pass, in addition to two-space driveway parking.

Two blocks away from the downtown area is beautiful Silver Lake with lovely walking paths, a playground (two blocks up Stockley Street), and a beautiful freshwater pond - complete with turtles, fish and other friendly friends.

**BATH TOWELS AND LINENS **ARE** INCLUDED IN RENTAL**. Bring your own baby items and beach towels or rent for additional fee.

Rooms were very solid size with plenty of room in the house. Host was excellent as to an advance email that was very informative and answered all my questions as to check-in, parking and checking out. Very comprehensive as to what was present for guest use and what was not and needed to be brought from home. My family did eat often at the house. Kitchen appliances were comprehensive and all worked well. I did reach out the property manager that was provided in email about bathtub drain issue. She responded quickly and same day came over and solved the issue which I greatly appreciated. On the side of constructive criticism there were only 8 place setting which then required washing them often making dishwasher use difficult and no drying rack to hand wash. A few more place settings and extra-large cooking pot would have been useful. Bring from home extra beach and bath towels, washer and drier worked great. Garbaga collection timing/process was inaccurate as to the day and who took it. My family did have a great stay, and all the basic needs were excellent with no surprises.

Property well maintained

We had lovely time in Rehoboth, the house was very cozy and had everything We need .Just short walk the the ocean, boardwalk, restaurants and shops of downtown Rehoboth. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Check in and out was easy. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and tools for our week. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and sheets! I wish the bathrooms had more towel hooks. Great weekend

We had three couples staying at the beach house together for a long weekend and we all loved the experience. It’s a beautiful house with a ton of space in the kitchen and living room to sit together. Comfortable beds and very close to the beach and shopping areas. Highly recommended.

The house was terrific for our family. Easy walk to the beach, stores and restaurants (and Playland). Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. AC worked well during a particularly hot few days. Parking pass provided was very helpful.

Walkable Location!

This house was very walkable to both the beach and downtown restaurants and shops, so much so that I didn’t use my car once during our trip! The beds were very comfortable and the house had plenty of space for everyone to gather in the living room or dining room, and also to get away and escape from the group for a minute. Clean, comfortable house within walking distance of beach (2 blocks), restaurants and stores. It would be nice if the bedrooms (other than the master bedroom downstairs) had mirrors for dressing and getting ready to go out. Also if the bathrooms had another towel rack and hooks on the doors. We enjoyed our week and had plenty to do. Parking passes are required for street parking and conveniently a booth is set up around the corner on Bayard Ave. daily beginning at 8am.

Lovely beach house

We had a great stay in this very clean, nicely decorated beach house. The property owner thought of everything: well-stocked kitchen, nice coffee maker, soft linens, and parking pass. Stacey was very responsive when a minor glitch arose and when we set off the smoke alarm twice. It’s important to put fan on when cooking on the stove indoors. My only suggestion would be a few more plastic ice trays for the freezer. Our family loves ice when it is hot outside. Thanks so much for a fantastic summer vacation in your wonderful home.

Perfect Location, Just as advertised and so close to everything

We booked this location for a somewhat last second family vacation. We were very pleased with our stay, everything is just as advertised and absolutely perfect. Perfectly clear, spotless house and a seamless check in and an easy to reach, very pleasant and helpful host - but I doubt you'll need much help when you're there. The house is just as advertised, there was A LOT of room and we didn't even use 1-2 of the bedrooms. The location is perfect, it is close enough to everything but not "too close." By that I mean most things are walking distance, however while you can walk to the beach a parking pass is provided and you can drive two blocks - so if you have a bunch of gear and a few young kids like we did - it was very convenient. Additionally, what I mean about not not being "too close" is that the beach at the end of the block is far less crowded than just a few blocks down. The beach entrance on the street is an absolute perfect spot with a lot of space that always seemed available. We will definitely be looking forward to staying again!

House was generally OK with a few minor issues, but a big problem for anyone with mobility problems. The biggest problem was that the beds are so high that my husband, who walks with a cane, could not sit on the edge of the bed with his feet on the floor. Since there was no chair in the bedroom that made it nearly impossible to dress and undress. Also the walk-in shower had no shelf or anything else to hold soap, shampoo, washcloth. etc. He also had trouble getting up from the living room chairs which were quite low. As a result he had to leave after two nights and check into a hotel so he could spend the days with our granddaughters. All that being said, our daughter said that the house and location were good enough that she would stay there again.

Fabulous For Families

This cheerful, immaculate home was a comfortable and easy way to spend a week at the shore. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 little ones, and the location was very convenient. It took about 7 minutes to get to the beach, even lugging all of the requisite stuff. (A rented beach wagon made this process manageable.) The owner thought of everything.
