Styled top to bottom in modern art and unique decor, our 4-bedroom home is unlike anything else! The main level of our home has an open floor plan, featuring a one-of-a-kind wine room with a cozy, intimate seating area and bar station. Off of the wine room, guests will enter our spacious living room - complete with a gas fireplace and a leather sofa for seating up to 7. Guests can also enjoy our brand new, fully renovated kitchen and dining room, complete with top-of-the-line appliances and all of the essentials you'll need during your stay. 



Our private master bedroom is located off of the open living spaces. This jaw-dropping room features a lavish King-size bed, luxury linens, desk space, and a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV - perfect for all of your streaming needs! The en suite master bathroom is newly renovated with has a modern walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, a large soaking tub, his and hers sinks, and a giant walk-in closet. 



Our additional three bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom on the left has a Queen-size bed, fitted with luxury linens and pillows. The middle bedroom features a cozy King-size bed, luxury linens, pillows, and bedding. This room also has a desk with a large monitor for guest use! Finally, our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV, preloaded with all of your favorite streaming services.



Guests can also enjoy our fenced-in backyard, complete with a modern outdoor seating area with a fire pit table, grill, and yard games!

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Located in Rogers' premier Hearthstone subdivision, this property is within a 5 to 10-minute drive of some of NWA's best attractions. This property is a 7-minute drive from the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, perfect for a shopping filled day! For those looking for nighttime activities, this home is only a 6-minute drive to TopGolf & Uptown Rogers. Looking to for a quiet getaway? Our neighborhood is perfect for you!



Other Things to Note:

★ Per HOA covenant rules: Recreation vehicles and equipment, including boats, motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and similar vehicles, cannot be parked or stored in sight of the neighbors or the street.

★ Parking is available in the garage and driveway only. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED. There will be a $100 fine for parking in the street as it is against POA/HOA regulations.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
