High marks all around. The property was great for a 3 day buddy biking trip. The place is spacious, attractive, and very functional. Loved the hot tub to soothe our aching muscles after a day of biking. Location was perfect for biking to the trailheads or downtown. Booking, checking in, checking out were all seamless and easy. Price was very reasonable for our dates and for the level of accommodations.

Property as advertised. Very spacious with well-appointed kitchen. Everything we needed was available. Nice appliances throughout the house. Master bedroom was very comfortable; room was large with nice size closet and bathroom. Great communication with host, easy check in and check out. House located in perfect spot for walking/riding. Couple of points (not complaints), water pressure in both showers is rather low. Also, parking is tights, be prepared if you drive an oversized vehicle. Would definitely stay again.

I took my parents to NWA for a quick getaway. The property was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. The townhome was clean, decorated cute, and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the hot tub both nights. We also enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood. The only suggestion would be to put TVs in all the bedrooms instead of just the master. I will definitely book again.

Location is good, but to get in and out got he parking/garage spot is really tough due to neighbors being parked on the street day and night. I made the host aware of a few things: we had 6 people staying and only 4 towels. This is a problem even without considering the hot tub. The lights in the master bath flicker which could mean an electrical/safety problem. The back deck looks to have a gate to exit but it has since been sealed shut with the church’s pickleball court pouring concrete and installing a net that backs up to the back patio. So no exit if an emergency. I think this is a good spot for someone who doesn’t mind those things.
