THE SPACE: This condo has a spacious living room offering a flat screen tv with cable and free WIFI. Cook your specialties in the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need including a Keurig K-Cup brewer, microwave and blender. You also have use of an electric wok/skillet and a cappuccino espresso machine! Seating for 4 at the dining table and 2 at the bar. There is a king bed in the spacious master bedroom with a flat screen tv and the adjacent master bath has a tub/shower combination. The guest room has a queen size + a full-size bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Enjoy comfortable patio furniture while watching the sunset. You have a beautiful view of SanRoc Cay marina. For your convenience we provide a washer and dryer. There is no elevator and only 17 steps up to your condo with the pool being at the bottom of your landing! The pool has upright and layout chairs and a few tables for you to use. For accessing your unit, you will also enjoy the keyless entry system--no need to keep track of keys! Wi-FI and cable TV are free to guests.

THE PROPERTY: This is a smaller complex and is the perfect place for a family vacation, ladies' weekend getaway or men's golf trip! There are so many choices of what to do with your time here...enjoy the sunrise while viewing the marina, explore the jetties at Perdido Pass, relax at the public beach or lounge by the pool which is just steps from your entrance. Enjoy the entire condo for your stay. You are a very short drive to the public beaches, .7 miles to Alabama Point East public beach access and 1.7 miles to Cotton Bayou public beach access. Boat slips are available by reservation only at REEL SURPRISE CHARTERS/MARINA located in SanRoc Cay. You must call in advance to reserve a spot. These slips are a short walk from Charter Landing.

THE AREA: If you venture out enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf for wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.
