The condo offers two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-sized bed and soft linens, giving everyone a restful place to recharge. With two full bathrooms, including one with a relaxing jetted bathtub, you’ll have everything you need to unwind after a day at the beach.

Enjoy access to four swimming pools, including three outdoor options (one designated for adults) and a large heated indoor pool—perfect for year-round enjoyment. Parking
• Parking Passes cost $50+taxes per pass, maximum of 2 passes.
Things to know
• There are two boat slips available for $50 per day ($100 per day during certain holidays). There's also parking for boats on site that's free (first-come, first-served).
• Front desk hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
