Das Wüstenversteck | Spielzimmer, Pool & Außenküche [Kostenlose Spa-Heizung + Früher Check-In]

Hi Jenny, I wanted to take the time to address your review as I do feel it is unjust. We are located in the desert, during the summers we are infested with bugs. As we mentioned during your stay, we have pool maintenance twice a week. The pool tech puts chemicals to kill these boat bugs that cling onto the pool walls during the summer but there is only a limit of how much can be put as to not completely contaminate the pool water. We also have monthly bug treatments for the homes. Outside of these steps, it is not in our control. We have multiple properties across the valley and in the summer, these boat bugs will latch onto some pools and not onto others. Regarding the flies/ants, we also have in our notes to make sure all windows and doors are closes, and no food is left out because again flies in the desert is common so there needs to be certain steps to ensure they don't come into the house. My property manager informed you that we had our handyman coming to fix the fan due to back to back bookings and his availability. We are a residential home and not a hotel, but we always try our best to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay within what we are able to control. Thank you!
