Outdoor:
This rare Oasis is surrounded by 15-foot lushes hedges making it one of the most private and exclusive properties. Take a break and relax on one of the four loungers by the pool. The patio brings many indoor amenities outside, including an outdoor dining area with seating for 10, a gas built-in Barbecue and a bar-height island with seating for eight. Watch your favorite shows on the outdoor television and lay back on the patio couch with seating for eight. After getting some good screen time, you're ready to play a competitive game of ping-pong or put your skills to the test on the putting green. After a great day of fun in the sun, lay back inside the spa or spark conversation under the stars around the fire table. The palm trees are softly illuminated with ground lighting to help set the mood. The decorative outdoor globe lighting throughout the home will ensure you can enjoy all amenities day and night!

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart television and natural gas fireplace with comfort. Stay cool under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for 8. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Whirlpool french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided. The pool table room just behind the kitchen is so large everyone can get involved in some friendly competition.

Master Suite 1 is located to the right of the hallway and features a King-sized Bed, 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower and his and her vanity sinks.

Casita Suite 2 is located to the left of the courtyard gate and features a King-sized Bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart television and a reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Suite 3 is next to the entrance doors and features a King-sized Bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 44-inch Samsung 4K Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 4 is next to bedroom five and features a Queen-sized Bed, 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and large reach-in closet with access to the back patio. Bedroom 5 is next to the laundry room and features two Queen-sized Beds, a 44-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a large reach-in closet.

Bedroom 6 is next to the entrance doors and features two Queen-sized Beds, a 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart television and a built-in shelf with a clothes hanger rod. The hallway bathroom is next to the laundry room and features features a shower bathtub combo and double vanity sinks. The powder room is across the master bedroom and features a vanity sink.
