We had a fabulous stay! Our party was three families consisting of six adults and six children under the age of 12. The house was the perfect size for all of us, and we appreciated how each family unit had their own bathrooms. The house itself was incredibly clean and was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was spacious and had lots of room for all the food and snacks we purchased for the week. We appreciated that there was a giant table that fit all of us, and lots of outdoor seating for meals. The kids loved the arcade/movie room, and it was nice for us adults as they were situated away from us and were able to be their loud selves.The backyard was absolutely gorgeous. The pool was massive, deep, and beautiful, and we appreciated that it was salt water. The kids loved the slide and the adults loved the hot tub. We heated it and it was warm enough that we could use it at night, and we even went in on colder days. The cabana beds were a really nice touch as well, and very comfortable and clean. The house itself is located about 10 minutes away from all the shopping, restaurants, and golf courses you could possibly need. It made zipping out to get whatever we needed very easy.Our communication with the host was spectacular. She was very prompt in her responses and accommodated some shifting check-in/check-out times with ease.Overall, we all agreed that we would absolutely stay at this property again. I can't recommend it enough!

The host and this home were absolutely wonderful. Choosing this home for a mini vacation with some friends was perfect as it had all of the ameneties I was looking for in a home. The home was clean, the pool was beautiful and everyone loved it! We were so sad to leave. Sherry was a great host and very communicative throughout.

Kids Didn’t Want to Leave!

We had an incredible weekend at this beautiful home. The space was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Our kids absolutely loved the playroom and had a blast with the slide into the pool—it was a huge hit! The outdoor area was ideal for both relaxing and having fun as a family. The host was responsive and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We’re already talking about coming back—highly recommend!

Perfect Get Away

This property was very clean and was set up perfectly for a family with 5 kids, an au pair and the mother-in-law (9 total). When we were not out exploring the area, the kids were in the pool going down the slide or relaxing in the pool. The kids played more than enough ping pong but eventually ran out of balls, even after a trip to the store. The communication with the property manager was awesome. We had an emergency after leaving and they handled it in record time. The hot tub took only a few minutes to get really hot and the pool was a good temperature without heating it. The only thing bad about our vacation was that it wasn't long enough.

Beautiful Property near Tennis Paradise

We were visiting the area to attend the Indian Wells professional tennis tournament. This property was very conveniently located and had a number of amenities. It was very clean and comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay. Our host was great to communicate with and check in and check out were a breeze! I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely family getaway!

The good: Had an excellent time. Teens and tweens had so much fun with the pool, water slide, video games, skee ball, and theater room. The water slide was their favorite! I enjoyed the comfortable bed, master bath, air conditioning, and the early morning swims while everyone still slept. The back patio had a lot of comfortable seating. The dining table was huge for all of us, and the living room made for a great place to watch the baseball game. Back door alarm great safety feature for small kids and the pool (and you can disable it!). The owner responded in a timely fashion to inquiries beforehand as well as concerns while we were there. The not so good: We stayed Monday through Thursday, and the pool guy came out twice which meant we couldn’t use the pool at that time. My teen didn’t like being awoken by the leaf blower one morning. We couldn’t find both ping pong paddles so kids couldn’t play with that. If we had known we could have brought our own. The other concern was the air conditioning unit in the game/theater room leaked condensation, so the extremely comfortable sitting area in there was wet in places before we remedied it with towels, a drip bowl, and then moving the sofa. Having a booklet with the TV passcodes, local areas for groceries, restaurants, and things to do would have been helpful. Still, overall it was a wonderful family and friend trip, and I’d highly recommend the location!

Disappointed

We were disappointed with our stay, unfortunately. The house was fine - nothing great, could definitely tell it had been used a lot. It was frustrating to walk into one bedroom for the first time to see the curtain was broken and just sitting on the bed. The check-in process was redundant and awkward as the house manager just sort of lingered for a bit and didn’t even try to fix the curtain. The pool area is nice, just wasn’t cleaned well - cigarette butts left poolside and glitter all over. The hot tub was unbearable temperature and when we reached out to the house manager to see how to turn the temp down, we just never got a response. Then the cleaning crew showed up and hour and a half before our check out time which felt inappropriate as we were still using the house and getting ready. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Communication with the owner was good. The property is decent. But too expensive considering the size of the property. If I knew the square feet of the house I would not have rent the place.

Great pool

I booked this property for the weekend to spend with my family. The owner was very prompt in answering my messages and the check in process was very easy. Arriving at the property the bedding in some of the rooms weren’t really clean, one of the rooms had several stains and what looked like lipstick on them so bedding wasn’t properly washed. The game room/theatre room was fun and we enjoyed the options. The pool was finna had a water slide. I did feel like I paid a lot and I guess my expectations were much higher, but the owner was a great host.

Great stay for families

We loved staying at this location. The owner was quick and responsive. This house fit everyone’s needs with the amount of beds. The game room was a big hit and the big reason why we booked. It did not disappoint! There was something for everyone, our young adults, teens, young kids and toddlers enjoyed themselves. No market close by but everything is a short drive away.

Bachelor weekend

We had an amazing time. We had friends in from three different states for a bachelor weekend. The house accommodated the group easily with plenty of things to keep us occupied. A storm had come through before we arrived and the pool had gotten quite a bit of dirt and debris in it. We let the property owner know and they had someone out the next day to clean it again. 10/10 would come back again.

Great for large groups

The house was clean, comfortable and fun. There are lots of fun, family extras with the video games, theater room, pool slide and toys. Kids were happy from morning to night and unanimously shouted their favorite part was the WATER SLIDE!! Lots of space and rooms for a large family gathering. Beds, furnishings and pool cabanas are very comfortable. It was a nice extra having Nespresso coffee pods available, but I was unable to locate any salt, pepper or similar kitchen basics. Items like that are always so appreciated as a guest as it reduces the expense of cooking and preparing meals. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would book again for a large group trip.

Family Vacation

We stayed here for 9 days and had a great time. The house is beautiful, and the backyard is a really nice set up. The kids played in the pool for hours and hours. The bedrooms are nicely set up and spaced out so it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The neighbors have a dog that would bark when it would hear voices. Overall we really enjoyed.
