The living/dining room is a cosy space with a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant disposition. It is furnished with a dining table and a TV for guests who want to wind down and relax while watching their favourite shows.

The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and other amenities for your usage, like a washing machine.

The bedroom is a sun-filled room with a queen-size bed that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort and with a window overlooking the garden. It has a working desk, an office chair, and a chest of drawers for your clothes.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.

Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment includes a portable air conditioner for flexible and convenient cooling.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

The Paris Philharmonic and Parc de la Butte-du-Chapeau-Rouge are both just a short walk away, and the Great Mosque of Bagnolet is also close by. Be sure to check out the Galerie Thaddaeus Ropac Pantin and the Jardin Serge Gainsbourg while you're in the area, and don't forget to stop by the Square Emmanuel Fleury and Église Notre-Dame-de-Fatima while you're exploring. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
