This villa in a very quiet residential housing estate offers all the amenities for a family stay, starting with the view of the bay of La Ciotat but also air conditioning in all rooms.

It is also perfectly adapted to the actors of the shipyard, crews or companies, wishing to stay for a month or more in winter.

It offers all the comfort for up to 10 people with its secure swimming pool and parking spaces.



Are included in the rental: WIFI (fiber), end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, 3 secure parking spaces and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).



This fully air-conditioned house of 140 m² offers all the comforts for your stay.

It is perfectly adapted to the reception of 2 families, for example, with the private swimming pool of 25m ², protected by a barrier and a glass gate, baby cot and high chairs. The commissioning of the pool begins from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays).



Its land of 600 m² offers several living spaces, large shaded terrace in front of the house, pool area with solarium, petanque field as many opportunities to share friendly moments with your loved ones.

You have the view of the bay of La Ciotat from the solarium, which is upstairs, and from 3 bedrooms.



The equipment is very complete with fiber, a fully equipped kitchen, a second fridge, air conditioning with autonomous adjustment in all rooms, 3 bathrooms.



On the ground floor is the living room with generous volumes and its 3 double glass doors giving access to the terrace. It offers a lounge area with a large TV, a dining area for 10 people. The kitchen is separate and also gives access to the terrace through two French windows.

On this same level is a suite with its shower room equipped with an Italian shower and double sinks. The toilet is independent.



On the first floor, there is a second suite with 2 single beds, which can be combined to make a large double bed, and its private shower room. Its French window gives access to a solarium overlooking the bay: the Green Island, the cliffs, the old port…

The 3rd, 4th and 5th bedroom upstairs are equipped with double beds. Two of these rooms have views of the bay of La Ciotat.

On this level you will also find a bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a shower column. It is common to all three bedrooms.

In the basement is the laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.



Everything has been designed for your comfort whether for a holiday stay or a longer stay.

This person will introduce you to the property as a whole, its mode of operation and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about the accommodation.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

The house cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

Animals are not allowed.

Check-in times: 4pm-7pm, departure time: 9am-10am.

In summer, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The neighborhood

The house is located 3.3 km from the beaches in a very quiet residential area and without noise pollution.

You are also a few minutes drive from the old port and the old town of La Ciotat which runs quietly through small streets full of charm, and cleared of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass in front of houses whose construction extends from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

Also enjoy the new quays of the old ports completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all an invitation to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques Park, Calanque de Figuerolles, Park and Calanque du Mugel, the Green Island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...

On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, navigation, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

You can also take your vehicle and start at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the golden islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...

You will enjoy all amenities nearby. Bus (line 52 and 100 to the port of La Ciotat and line 51 to the train station), the SNCF train station is 3.2 km away.
