We are offering this charming, modern and secure flat for rent in the town of Le Cannet. It features reversible air-conditioning, has a floor area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with a fitted wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with a fitted wardrobe.
- A shower room with a shower and toilet.
- A bathroom with a bath.

Outside:
- Adjacent to the living room, a south-west-facing balcony of 8m²
- Adjacent to the kitchen and bedrooms, a 10m² terrace perfect for enjoying sunny days, complete with garden furniture and an electric awning.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally situated in Le Cannet, in a very pleasant setting in the heart of the town, yet in a quiet area. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, a chemist and a bank.
