The apartment itself is extremely luminous due to its dominant position (5th floor), exposition (south), sea and beach facing and large sliding windows. Rare for this kind of rental apartments, it is decorated with prestigious, colorful figurative artwork from the renowned French artists, Christian Neel and Céline Chourlet, whose gallery is located in the nearby St Paul de Vence and definitely worth a visit. You can also experience optical illusionary artworks of the French-German artist Isabelle Tellié, which allows the viewer to dive into a meditative and reflecting state of mind.


Perfect of course for high season summer vacations, the beach in front of the apartment offers all you need for unforgettable family experiences. Many sports activities are available: sailing, water skiing, sea kayak, jet skiing, stand up paddle, flyboard, E-foil, etc. from Marco Jet in the Marina.


Coming here off high season is also a real treat, as you will still enjoy the beautiful nature, exploring the Lerins islands in front of Cannes and visiting the many places of interest, like Picasso, Matisse, Chagall museums, Nice, Monaco and maybe Italy, less than 1 hour away by car.... For more sustainability-friendly transportation: you can walk to the Golfe Juan train station in just 5 mins, from where you can take the train to Cannes in 13 min., Nice in 41 min. or Monaco in 1h12 min…


The apartment is conveniently located within a short walking distance to all kind of shops for daily necessities like food and drinks, beach supplies and - clothes. In short, you can be sure of enjoying the authentic “feeling at home” in a true Provence atmosphere.
