Chateau with swimming pool for 14 people in the middle of the vineyards

We rent our family residence in Cazouls les Beziers (20km from Beziers). Located in 1.5 hectares of parkland, in an isolated hamlet surrounded by vineyards (Sevignac le Haut), this medieval, listed castle, offers all modern comforts, including a large and beautiful swimming pool (12x6m). A caretaker is present on site to ensure you enjoy a peaceful stay.
Comprising 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread over a two-story main building, it can accommodate up to 14 people (including children). The ground floor and the first floor have an independent entrance each.
The building of approximately 250m2 includes 3 lounges, a large dining room/lounge and two kitchens (one on each floor), fully equipped (2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines, various coffee machines, etc.). There are also 3 different terraces overlooking the lush garden (palm trees, orange trees, pomegranate trees, etc.) and the surrounding area. The 7 bedrooms comprise 2 double beds and 10 single beds that can be joined in pairs if necessary.
The large swimming pool (12x6m) is located approximately 50m below the castle closed to large lawns surrounded by trees. Featuring two doors with a child safety system, the swimming pool is equipped with a shower, toilets and a covered area with table and chairs for lunch in the shade. It is accessible on foot via a path and stairs under the pines, or by car (if you need to bring your lunch or for people with reduced mobility, for example).
There is an outdoor parking area which can accommodate up to 5 cars. Very high-speed internet network (700mb/s) and 4/5G networks are also available.
Parties and pets are not allowed.
Supermarkets and local markets are within a 7’ drive reach (in Cazouls les Beziers or Thezan les Beziers).
Many activities are available nearby: horse riding in Cazouls les Beziers (7'), tennis and padel in Thezan les Béziers (7'), canoeing on the Orb (10'), fishing (10'), two 18-hole golf courses at 25'…. The region also offers a magnificent cultural heritage (Canal du Midi, Cathar castles, fortified cathedrals, abbeys, wine cellars, etc.). The seaside is 30km away.
The price includes water, gas, pool maintenance, a cleaning fee (€250) and the local tourist tax but does not include electricity. Sheets and towels can be provided on request. (30EUR/person).
