I have been involved in Real Estate for over 30 years. As a team with my husband David, we have built and sold hundreds of homes in the Middle Tennessee area. With Panama City Beach being our closest beach, our family traveled here for years, always desiring to have our own place. In 2019 our dream came true with the purchase of unit #621 at Laketown Wharf. We have also acquired unit #622 and #615 over the past couple of years. After years of renting places from other owners, we feel like we have learned many secrets to making your vacation the best that it can be. Laketown Wharf sits right next to Signal Hill Golf Course, which is open to the public. On the lake each evening, Laketown Wharf has their very own spectacular light show, with different themes of music.
Great attractions are also within walking distance including Wonderworks', Ripley's Believe It or Not, Putt Putt Golf, and Go Carts.
