Large and friendly chalet with indoor pool

Located between Lake Annecy and the resort of La Clusaz, in a secluded setting in the heart of nature, our former sheepfold, converted in 2008 and restored in 2021, has a maximum sleeping capacity of 18 people and numerous top-of-the-range facilities (heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, 2 terraces, Nordic bath, cinema room, table football, brazier). In love with the mountains, nature and sports, we have designed it as a convivial place to meet with friends or family.

- Large shower room on the ground floor with double washbasin adjoining the sauna area and equipped with 2 closed showers.

- A first wooden terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains, XXL Nordic bath, large barbecue for your lunches and group dinners on beautiful starry evenings

- A second gravel terrace with its large XXL brazier

- Generous living room, open to the dining room with high ceilings and exposed beams. It has a fireplace, which makes it a convivial place for sharing. Raclette and fondue machines are available.

- Cinema room: sofas, video projector, home cinema, DVD blueray available

- Functional kitchen with a large work surface and plenty of storage space. It is fully equipped and practical for large groups, including refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine + filter machine N°2, gas hob... It opens directly onto a bar adjoining the pool and table football area.

The gîte is accessed by a 1000m unsealed road (parking available at the entrance to the road for low cars). Total immersion and a change of scenery are guaranteed, close to nature.

For the winter, snow equipment is compulsory.
