Perfect location as condo is two blocks from the beach through our private access gate and a 10-12 minute walk to Coligny Plaza (restaurants, bars, shopping, ice cream). Our villa is a spacious 1,200 square feet 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Enjoy relaxing water views of the lagoon from the dining room, living room and bedrooms. The unit boasts a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, seating for six in the dining area, a queen pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, and outdoor seating on the deck. There is a comfortable king bed in the master suite along a large ensuite bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds with direct access to the second bathroom. Our small complex has 42 villas with two large swimming pools, tennis/pickleball courts, small playground for the "littles", and multiple Weber gas grilling areas. Very peaceful and no through traffic. Make sure to rent or bring your bikes as Hilton Head hosts over 120 miles of scenic biking trails. Saturday to Saturday rentals only.
