It is located on the first floor on a one-way street.
The living room is composed of a sleeping area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen area and a shower room with toilet.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Microwave, Television, Hair dryer, Heating, Refrigerator, Wi-Fi, Bed linen, Towel, Kettle.
For your convenience, professional housekeeping is performed before and after each guest.

## Emplacement
