Piccolo Ponte is an elegant 3 bedroom waterfront Caribbean villa that sits on an acre of private tropical garden where friends and family gather together by the pool and on the dock to relax and enjoy a laid-back vacation island-style.

Located directly on the clear and turquoise canals of the prestigious Leeward Settlement, just a few minutes away from Blue Haven Marina and many beach accesses, the villa opens up to a sunny backyard featuring a natural shaped pool, heated SPA, BBQ grill, sun loungers and a dock where you can launch 2 SUPs and explore the neighborhood.

Piccolo Ponte Main House has 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living room that sits 6 guests comfortably, a dining area and a kitchen with an island and breakfast area (plus laundry room). Sliding doors open up to the pool patio where you can eat outside and enjoy your coffee while the sun rises and warms you up.

The 3rd room is an adjacent guest house that is detached but still wraps around the property and is easily accessible through the small bridge over the pool. It has a queen bed, large bathroom, table and chairs, bar fridge and coffee maker. Excellent option for a bit more privacy with its private entry.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, good ventilation and individually controlled AC. The main living area has ceiling fans and a good breeze through opened doors, bug screens but no AC.

For the action driven, jet skis, fly board, e-foils and charter boats are just around the corner at the marina and boats can even come pick you up at the dock.

Nice house, nice host, great location. The only negative was the furnishings weren’t what you’d think for a house this nice. Beds, mattresses etc were cheap rentals I’m pretty sure so not very comfortable. Some spa issues but they did send someone out within a few days.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Piccolo Ponte. The house and pool were perfect. The location was great as it was easy to get to everything we wanted to do. And we used the paddle boards on the canal, swam in the pool and just sat out back enjoying the beautiful view. Staying at this property helped make our visit to Turks and Caicos unforgettable!

Perfect Getaway

House was beautiful, pool area stunning…everything was exactly as depicted online. Very safe neighborhood. Beautiful home in an ideal location.

My husband and I stayed here for four weeks with my sister and her husband. My brother-in-law and I were both working most days and the house was big enough for us to each have our own work space while not hampering the fun of the non-workers. The house has incredible indoor/outdoor feel and the living space flows onto the pool deck. There is ample shade throughout the day and there are outdoor fans that keep the air under the overhang circulating well. The canal is easily accessible for swimming and paddling. We plan to return and might rent kayaks or bring inflatable ones.Leeward is close to everything and very safe. We have stayed in three different houses in Leeward and this is our favorite!

Architecturally best VRBO ever!

Amazing set up for 6 adults. Three en suites and a poolside half bath. Bedroom AC is perfect and with the help of a small fan kept the bathroom cool as well. It does get warm in the kitchen and living area but opening up early morning really helps. Had to close up at night for security. Beware of slippery poolside tile when wet. A crate of towels is provided and were essential to traversing the deck after rain or pool play. Kitchen is over the top stocked not just dishes and utensils but all modern appliances (including panini maker)! There is an amazing brand new Weber grill poolside which we loved using for steaks and local fish. Moonrise over the canal was spectacular. We made use of the paddle boards and snorkeled right off the dock. This is a truly wonderful house equally for chillaxing or adventuring. Was welcomed by Claire on our arrival with a very informative tour. Nice way to learn all the bells and whistles. Jacinthe, the property manager met our every need. Responsiveness and accommodation was top notch. On an island where daily necessities are exorbitantly expensive, there was enough paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent etc for all six adults for 9 days - an unexpected luxury. One of our most perfect vacations happened right here. Highly recommend to all.

This was our 4th visit to the island and first time staying in Leeward. We wanted a different experience by staying on the canal & wanted to explore a new location. The house was perfect! Hot tub was such a nice perk at night. We loved the bikes, paddle boards, floats and beach chairs. The house has beautiful high ceilings and a stocked kitchen. We did need bug spray around pool at night & did utilized the screens to keep mosquitoes out. Mornings we enjoyed watching the boats go by. Host was very responsive. It was hard to leave, hope to be back!

Fabulous, Well-Appointed Villa on the Canals

Our family of 5 (3 young adult children) stayed at the Villa and had a lovely time. The house is beautifully appointed with lots of amenities. Our daughter had the charming pool house all to her self and our two sons shared a bedroom. We had a comfortable and elegant master suite. The hot tub and pool added to the elevated ambiance along with the loungers, outdoor dining set and bar area. Being right on the canal, we took advantage of the house's paddle boards to see turtles when paddling around the canals. We also used the bikes to cruise around the Leeward settlement. The villa is an easy drive to many excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches. It is also is close to an IGA grocery store. But to be honest, everything is within an easy drive and once we got the hang of driving on the left with lots of roundabouts, we were fine. The house is also super close to the marina where the ferry to North and Middle Caicos, which was a trip highlight. We are also SCUBA divers, and the marina (a different one than the ferry), where we went out of on the dive boat was only 12 minutes away by car. Our two hosts, Jacinthe and Claire, were extremely attentive and helpful with the booking and check-in process. We felt very welcome - thank you for the welcome goody basket! Would love to come back.

Beautiful villa in a great location

Beautifully located in the Leeward Settlement, this villa is spacious and bright, and includes all the amenities needed to enjoy the vacation. For us it was the perfect setting. In the morning we adults would enjoy paddle boarding along the canal while our teenagers would sleep in or enjoy the pool. The kitchen has everything needed so we could enjoy breakfast and lunch by the pool. In the afternoon we visited different beautiful beaches, all between 5 and 20 minutes drive. The location is very exclusive, yet close to restaurants, a supermarket and stores (10 minutes drive). The air conditioning in the bedrooms is perfect to refresh the rooms before nighttime and the several indoor and outdoor fans help with the heat during the day. The pool area is equipped with beach chairs, snorkeling gear and toys to use. 2 bikes are included and those were great to reach the Marina where there is a cafè that serves breakfast and lunch. We would definitely recommend Piccolo Ponte!

Great Experience

We are a family of 5 with two girls and one boy so the rooms worked out perfectly! The house is beautiful and is on a beautiful canal with lots of turtles and fish swimming around. The pool was a lifesaver for us because we heard that the high temps and humidity were not the norm for this time of year. The humidity was almost unbearable if you aren’t used to it. The only downfall to the house was that it didn’t have air conditioning in the main rooms of the house, only in the bedrooms, so we tended to want to be in our separate rooms if we weren’t out and about or in the pool. Other than that one negative, the house is perfect! It’s very clean and plenty of necessities for cooking and such. I would definitely recommend this property but maybe in the winter months rather than the heat of the summer!

This Home Has Everything!

Our group consisted of 3 couples and we came up for both work and fun. This place really has it all. The pictures posted were accurate, but really, once you were on the property and in the house, it was even better. Jacinthe helped with everything from pre-stocking the kitchen to referral for places to eat, a private chef and mid week housekeeping. TCI can be a bit warm in the day (the mornings and evenings were very nice), but the fans in the common areas worked fairly well and the AC in the bedrooms were way beyond adequate. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything and anything you could need. I think even our private chef was somewhat impressed. The wifi was excellent. At any given time, six laptops and six cell phone were connected with no issues. The home itself is beautiful as is the surrounding landscape. The pool area was shaded in the the afternoon and very refreshing. There were bikes, SUPs, snorkel gear and plenty of pool and beach gear. The location was great too. We rented a car (recommended) and you could access Grace Bay area in less than ten minutes. There is a beautiful beach that you can walk to (maybe 10-15 minutes) that felt almost secluded (Pelican Beach). But if you want, a bike ride is less than 5 minutes or just drive with your group and park near the access trail in the same amount of time. The location seemed very safe and the house can lock up nicely at night. It has an alarm system and a safe, but we didn't feel the need to use either. Everything was self-sufficient and well cared for. Jacinthe and her assistant were extremely nice to work with. In short, this property is a perfect way to enjoy TCI and everything it has to offer.

Amazing private villa

The pictures just don’t do this Villa justice. Well maintained and stocked with all the basic necessities. Very private and secluded but yet a short drive to restaurants and shops. Loved the guesthouse where my granddaughter and husband stayed (kind of a second honeymoon). Claire and Jacinthe were very helpful and quick to respond to any of our needs or questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Great first visit to T&C

This was our first time visiting Turks & Caicos and this property made our stay wonderful! From early on communication with the owner was great. She answered all our questions and was very responsive to any request we had. The house it self is located in a great area. Close to a lot of amenities and easy to access beaches, grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family of five. The pool area is great and being on the canal added a fun experience exploring it. Would definitely book this house again!

We did not want to leave!

We had a great stay at Piccolo Ponte. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We used the beach chairs, paddle boards and swam in the pool. It was a great location. Communication was great with the owner and property manager. We had a great stay.

Loved Piccolo Ponte

The house was very clean and comfortable. Being on the canal made for great turtle watching and fun paddle boarding with the provided boards. great location within a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again. pool and hot tub were great. easy walk to the beach.

This was the perfect stay!

I’m so glad we stumbled upon this villa for our friend vacation. There were three of us so the three separate suites were perfect, but the villa is well-suited for a family or three couples traveling together, too. Everything is well-stocked so we didn’t need anything for our stay beyond a few basic groceries. The location in leeward is quiet and peaceful, while just being five minutes by car from Grace Bay and so many great restaurants. We took the paddleboard out on the canal and saw turtles and rays, but mostly we spent our days in the pool, which is straight-up dreamy. The house comes equipped with beach chairs and various pool/beach toys and tools, which was a nice added bonus. Absolutely would stay here again and more than likely will in the very near future ❤️

Even better than the pictures

Everything was wonderful. The property is gorgeous and clean in a age neighborhood. The views and the fresh breezes coming in through the doors, overlooking the canals is breathtaking. I loved cooking in fne kitchen each morning and having breakfast by the pool. The hot tub is now heated and felt fabulous. Jacinthe was an excellent hostess. 5 stars!
