This cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming building, providing easy access for residents without the need for stairs or elevators. While the convenience of the ground floor is a notable feature, it's essential to mention that the flat receives limited natural light.
The living room features a smart TV, a convertible sofa bed, where you can relax and watch your favourite shows after a long day exploring the city, and a dining table enough for four. The area has a large window that lets in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment.
The bedroom has a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and plenty of storage space for your belongings.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.
For your information, work is in progress on the exterior of the building. It is expected to last until March.

In the up-and-coming 10th arr., the quaint footbridges and bohemian cafes of Canal Saint-Martin give way to Indian restaurants along Passage Brady. The streets around Place de la Republique feature hip bars and restaurants, while Marché Saint-Martin offers gourmet food stalls. Rue Sainte-Marthe is a quiet street lined with art studios and global eateries. The area is also home to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Chateau d'Eau metro station (line 4) is just 3-minutes on foot and 230m away.
Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 45-minutes drive and 30km away.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
