Just past the dining table is the fully equipped kitchen where you'll find everything you need to whip up a tasty mean, such as a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and more. Cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower as well as fresh towels and other essential amenities.

The property is also thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.

The property is located in Montrouge, a commune in the southern Parisian suburbs, located 4.4 km from the center of Paris. It is one of the most densely populated municipalities in Europe. After a long period of decline, the population has increased again in recent years. Montrouge, formally Le Grand-Montrouge, town, Hauts-de-Seine département, Paris région, southern suburb of Paris, in north-central France. The area—recorded as Mons Rubicus (Latin: “Red Mountain”), from the local reddish soil, in ancient charters—was divided in 1860: Le Petit Montrouge was absorbed into the 14th arrondissement (administrative division) of Paris, and the remainder formed the commune of Montrouge. It has printing and bookbinding establishments and manufactures surgical instruments, radios and televisions, and perfume.

The nearest airport to the property is Airport Charles de Gaulle which is 90 minutes away and you may explore the city by bus or métro.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
