The apartment has an open and cosy living room where you can relax after a long day exploring the city. It has multiple windows so guests can enjoy the sunlight and the outside view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as a cooking plate, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc.

The bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries are available.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

A vibrant pedestrian area in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, the Les Halles district is named after the old Halles Baltard. This market hall used to stand on the site and was described by Émile Zola as the "Belly of Paris". This building was deemed obsolete in the 70s and made way for the Forum des Halles, a big shopping centre at the heart of the capital. Entirely renovated in the 2010s, the latter now boasts a remarkable architectural feature, the Canopy, a big glass and steel structure with plant-like curves…A temple of fashion, this complex contains many shops, a library, a conservatory, a hip-hop centre, a swimming pool, a cinema, cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Station: Pont Neuf - 3 minutes walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is about a 40-minute drive from the apartment.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a € 20 surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
