Everything you need, and more

We purchased this home to use personally and rent out to those looking to have a great time. We have loved coming here over the years and look forward to making more great memories. Top rule is to have fun. Only other rules are to clean up and if you mess something up, man up and let us know. Our house has three bedrooms, two full baths and sleep up to 10 based on sqft laws. We welcome all types of get-aways (weekend or week long) and hope everyone has a great time. Feel free to reach out via message for any questions.
Keep your larger groups together in one home instead of splitting them up in hotel rooms. Full kitchen and grill area allows you to make anything you want to eat instead of always eating at restaurants. Private pool for Island Club vacationers. You can bring your own food and drink to this pool and have a great time. Weekends are very popular at Put-In-Bay but during the week can be more fun as it slows down and empties out some. You can go to parks, caves, golf course, wineries etc. all on the island. Cedar point is a short 20min drive away with the best amusement park in the world in addition to a world class water park
Island club vans can be at the home in 5 minutes and it only costs $3 per person to get to the strip. Golf carts are available to rent through multiple sources and can be rented by the day all the way up to by the week. If you wanted to walk to the strip it would take about 15 minutes. House has space to park 2 cars.

If these rules are not followed, your deposit may be kept and you may be evicted. PLEASE DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN:
- If you have more people at the home than what you paid for, your deposit will be kept. We have cab companies and other people who watch over the house to count. If you may want more than 10 people please contact me directly.
- No smoking in the home
- All litter, trash and cans are to be kept picked up, in and outside of the home.
- No blankets or indoor furniture outside of the home whatsoever.
- You and all of your guests are responsible for any damage to the home or it's contents. If something in the home is damaged, or the home itself is damaged, you are held responsible.
- Do not let anyone in the home if you believe they may damage something.
- Must be 21 years or older to rent.
If any of the above rules are broken is reason for your security deposit not to be refunded and possible eviction. If the damage is above the cost of the security deposit, you will be billed for the charges

- Pets are welcome. PLEASE HELP US AND KEEP THE PETS OFF THE FURNATURE. There will be an added $200 refundable deposit and additional $20 nightly charge, capped at $50 per stay per dog. Please contact me before booking via message service to go over terms. If booking is made prior to conversation NO pets will be allowed.
- No refunds due to weather. If the ferries stop running we will not issue a full refund. You will be given the option to rebook.
