The hot tub was great! Loved having the river right outside our door. We hiked a Lily Lake, fished, went to Stanley Hotel, played mini golf. Went to great restaurants. Our condo was perfect!

It was very nice and close to RMNP. The river out front was beautiful and lovely to listen to. Access was wonderful as well Condo was nice and clean.

Great place

Great condo. Clean, located right in the river. Easy access to RMNP as well as shopping. Management office was helpful easy to communicate with. Easy check in/out process. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

This rental was more spacious than the pictures showed! I loved the fireplace and large bathroom and walk-in closet! I couldn’t ask for a better location right next to the peaceful stream. We saw large elk and turkeys walk right by. I highly recommend this rental.

Uncomfortable Bed

The location, property and hot tub was a highlight. It’s hard to enjoy your stay when the bed is so uncomfortable and didn’t get a good night sleep. It was hard, bouncy and uncomfortable. My spouse and I didn’t sleep well either night making it hard for us to enjoy our stay. Plus the blinds above the bed in the half moon shaped window was missing the top two slats. This made us feel exposed to change in the room and exposed during the night. Also the two front burners on the stove didn’t not work and unplugging them and plugging them back in did not work. This made it more challenging to cook. We will it book this property again.

We always hate when we fall short with a guest, please know that if there is an issue that can be fixed, we would love to have the opportunity to hear this while you are here so we can make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Beds are the most difficult "please all" and we all have such varying preferences when it comes to mattresses. We know it's a difficult area to make everyone happy. RMNP STAY

Property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful setting. On the third night (last night) we experienced a tremendous amount of noise from the unit above ours. The time period of 7:00 pm until after 10:00pm. Most likely children generated. “Like a gymnastics meet!!! If we had been staying for longer that would have been a real issue for us. Left a vmail with the office last evening at 8:30pm but did not receive a return call either last night or today. Obvious that sound travelled easy from top to bottom floor as you could hear people moving around last night and this morning.

Beautiful stay!

It was a fantastic place to stay.. Elk outside our room and views to die for.. the hot tub was an added pleasure. A note to remember is, the Manuel’s for all appliances are in the cabinet. It would have been helpful to start the fireplace… We would stay again!!
