Great location, great setup, super clean. We had easy access to RMNP, Estes Park, but still felt super peaceful when we finished hiking and wanted a soak in the hot tub. On our list for a return visit for sure.

The property and condo were clean. The view right outside the door was amazing, with the river right there. It was so peaceful. Only thing that we wish was different was the lack of privacy while in the hot tub. This was a bit misleading from the listing stating "private hot tub". The main sidewalk is right there where many workers passed by or were actively working nonstop. It would be better if the sides of the porch were blocked off, vs having the lattice only on one side. It was far enough, yet close and convenient to the town and Stanley Hotel.

The place was really clean but at times it wasn’t peaceful. Some days they were doing maintenance like staining the condos right next to ours and moving in rocks. Which made a tractor drive right in front of our place several times right on the sidewalk. The shower is really hard for old people or short people to get into since it’s a jacuzzi tub with shower doors. We still did have a good time in Estes and did enjoy some peaceful days at the condo just not as many as expected.

Beautiful location

This rental was more spacious than the pictures showed! I loved the fireplace and large bathroom and walk-in closet! I couldn’t ask for a better location right next to the peaceful stream. We saw large elk and turkeys walk right by. I highly recommend this rental.

Uncomfortable Bed

The location, property and hot tub was a highlight. It’s hard to enjoy your stay when the bed is so uncomfortable and didn’t get a good night sleep. It was hard, bouncy and uncomfortable. My spouse and I didn’t sleep well either night making it hard for us to enjoy our stay. Plus the blinds above the bed in the half moon shaped window was missing the top two slats. This made us feel exposed to change in the room and exposed during the night. Also the two front burners on the stove didn’t not work and unplugging them and plugging them back in did not work. This made it more challenging to cook. We will it book this property again.

We always hate when we fall short with a guest, please know that if there is an issue that can be fixed, we would love to have the opportunity to hear this while you are here so we can make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. RMNP STAY

Property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful setting. On the third night (last night) we experienced a tremendous amount of noise from the unit above ours. The time period of 7:00 pm until after 10:00pm. Most likely children generated. “Like a gymnastics meet!!! If we had been staying for longer that would have been a real issue for us. Left a vmail with the office last evening at 8:30pm but did not receive a return call either last night or today. Obvious that sound travelled easy from top to bottom floor as you could hear people moving around last night and this morning.
