The upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The comfy living area has a sleeper sofa and a cozy gas log fireplace. Your fully equipped kitchen has an adjoining dining area, private deck with gas grill and patio furniture. Everything overlooks beautiful Fall River! Fishing and Wildlife!

It was an excellent getaway place with all the amenities set in beautiful surroundings by the river exactly what you look for when you need to relax. I would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect location for a getaway. Cabin is set on a beautiful stream with lots of aspen and pine trees and is very close to RMNP.

Lovely location

The proximity to the creek and RMNP make this home an ideal setting for a get away to Estes Park.

This is a wonderful place! Right on Fall River. Easy to get to, and it was just really beautiful. Everything was perfect. My only complaint is that the listing said their was a hot tub but it’s not a private one and then the maintenance man said that it’s only available for those who own the units - no one else. So we needed up having to spending an extra 100 to take our kids to the YMCA of the Rockies to swim (bleh)!

Relaxing cabin luxury

Our family loved our Creekside Condo. It was located right on the river and we enjoyed reading a book on the deck while listening to the river and we also had fun fishing in the river (I think the fish were all hiding since no bites). We look forward to coming back next year. Thank you for our relaxing family trip and home away from home.

Perfect location with all the perks

This cabin (technically "rustic duplex") is immediately on the river allowing you to fish steps from your back deck. The cabin is less than 5mins from the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and 5-10mins from entertainment in Estes Park. My teen boys were camping inside the park and this cabin allowed them to escape for showers and a hot meal occasionally. Added benefit: I could easily join them for hikes within minutes of receiving a text. Very convenient and comfortable.

Overall, this was a great place for our family. My only negative would be the fact that there were skylights installed in both bedrooms. Some people may like that, but it didn't make a lot of sense to me since there was no way to keep the room dark once the sun came up and there was no way to black out a room for our child to nap.
