The hot tub is out on the deck where other people may be able to view the hot tub, but we are glad you felt you were more "by yourself" than you thought you may be. The kitchenette counter doubles as an eating area with small sitting stools, but understand it is not the same as a table. Many people will enjoy their coffee and lunch out on the deck during the summer months. Thank you for your input and we will look forward to seeing you again in the future! Jamie

Being at over 8000 feet altitude, we most often do not need air conditioning. We are hoping you used the fan that was in your unit to help circulate the air. We value our guest input and would like to know more about how the bed was uncomfortable for you and the concerns you had about the outdoor area. We wish we would have known about these concerns while you were on property as we have multiple ways for you to be in touch with us, including a 24 hour phone line. We enforce quiet hours and hope you utilized our 24 hour line to request staff assistance regarding this issue. You are correct in that the unit does not have air conditioning. Generally, a fan with the patio door open creates a wonderful cross breeze. We are sorry to hear that you would not join us again in the future. We value our guests and want them to be able to relax and take in all that the property has to offer.
