The Space:

Grab your sunglasses and flip flops for an unforgettable beach vacation at SunDestin Beach Resort, sitting directly on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico. With a 24-hour on-site desk, the Scenic Stays team is always available for anything you need. Features of this spectacular resort include outdoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub, perfect for switching it up from the beach. A gift shop is right in the lobby, so it's easy to find souvenirs for everyone back home. Additional seasonal amenities include a beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). SunDestin is the perfect spot for your next trip to the Emerald Coast.



As soon as you enter SunDestin 1116, you see a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with a large island, perfect for preparing food after a day soaking up the sun. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living area, both with great views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. The living area has a pull-out sofa and a large TV where you can enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. The balcony has seating for two and is a front row seat to watch the sunset each evening.



With sleeping in the living room and a king size bed in the master, there’s enough room for four guests in this updated one-bedroom condo. One full bathroom and a half bath offers convenience for everyone.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Located less than four miles from the resort is Harborwalk Village, with plenty of shopping and dining. It’s a great way to spend time off the sand. But when you’re ready to head to the beach, it’s just steps away from SunDestin 1116. The whole family will have a blast here, so start planning now!

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
