Chill alongside the newly-renovated outdoor pool or relax on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico with a beach chair/umbrella (additional fee). If you need a break from the sun, opt for the indoor pool (heated seasonally), steam room, or sauna. Indulge in the outdoor hot tub or head to the fitness facility for a workout. Enjoy the outdoor tiki bar, and grab souvenirs for friends back home at the gift shop in the lobby.  Enjoy complimentary DVD rentals for your evenings spent in and utilize the SunDestin meeting space for special events or business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0703 is a perfectly appointed one-bedroom condo accommodating four with a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, one full and one-half bath. Tastefully decorated with large mirrors throughout, the decor in the living and dining area is bright and cheerful, while the master bedroom and baths are calm and serene. Catch breathtaking sunrises and sunsets on the balcony directly overlooking the emerald green waters of the gulf where, with seating for four, all can enjoy the view. Can’t agree on what to watch after a day in the sun? No worries, as this unit is equipped with two flat screen televisions located in the bedroom and living room.



Spend a day in the sun at Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, less than a mile away and recharge on pizza, steak or seafood for dinner, all within a 15-minute drive.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
