The whole family will enjoy the newly-renovated outdoor pool, and seasonal offerings, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Get ready for a day in the sun and swing by the lobby gift shop for T shirts, sunglasses, cool drinks, and quick snacks. Complimentary DVD rentals are available. Rev up in the fitness facility or unwind in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Book personal or business functions on-site as SunDestin Beach Resort maintains more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0407 brings all the charm of Destin inside, complete with bright, cheerful artwork and comfortable furnishings. You’ll find plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day in the sun in this one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Prep snacks and meals in the fully-appointed kitchen and gather around the dining room table with seating for six. Chill in the living room with flat-screen TV or check out expansive views from the private balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Adjourn to the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom, or retire on twin bunks nestled in the hall or on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.



You’ll quickly find there’s no shortage of things to do in sunny Destin. Spend an afternoon parasailing or kayaking, charter a boat for a day of fishing, or take the whole family to a waterpark!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
