SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.
Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.
Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

SunDestin Unit 0908 is a bright and cheerful one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Feel invigorated upon entrance surrounded by uplifting decor, colorful furnishings, and an open-concept floor plan that seamlessly brings the kitchen, living, and dining areas together. The kitchen is loaded with everything you might need to prepare light snacks, frozen libations, and full meals, all of which can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for four. Take in breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony or while relaxing comfortably in the cozy living room with flat-screen TV. Slumber peacefully on the sleeper sofa bed in the living room or on the king-sized bed in the private master suite, complete with flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom for added convenience.
The resort is centrally located, so take advantage of all the fun activities Destin has to offer. Rent a pontoon boat, waverunners, or a kayak and enjoy a day on the water, or head to Destin Commons for lunch/dinner, a movie, and an afternoon spent browsing boutiques and shops!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
