Welcome to my home!

Located on the third floor of a lovely apartment building, this charming two-bedroom apartment has all you need for a pleasant stay.

The apartment is a typical French flat with a simple living area where you'll find a large comfy sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a dining area big enough to accommodate six people.

The kitchen is fitted with all the mod-cons, including a kettle, toaster, stove, oven and more. Feel free to use the kitchen appliances to make a delicious home-cooked meal.

Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds with hotel-quality linens for your comfort. Plus, there's an air conditioning system for added convenience.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms.

The apartment also has a separate bathroom and toilet. A walk-in shower and basin are in the bathroom, while the toilet is in the WC.

We also provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The 6th arrondissement includes the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, a very touristy area. A haven for intellectuals and philosophers in the last century, Saint-Germain-des-Prés has seen such illustrious names as Simone de Beauvoir and Ernest Hemingway. It is also home to a number of universities and renowned cultural institutions, such as the Ecole des Beaux-Arts and the Théâtre de l'Odéon.

There is also the Pont-Neuf, the oldest bridge in Paris. Southwest of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, rue de Sèvres, you will find the not-to-be-missed Bon Marché, a chic department store housing clothes and fashion accessories from the greatest designers. During the day, tourists can go to the Polidor, one of the oldest Parisian bistros, or to the café-restaurant "La Palette", whose front and interior of the second room have been listed as a historical monument.

Finally, the Saint Germain galleries are home to great artists such as Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol.

The nearest Metro to my apartment is Gaîté - Joséphine Baker (line 13) just 1 minute down Av. du Maine. The Montparnasse Vaugirard (Lines 4, 6, 12 and 13) is only 2 minutes away. Furthermore, Montparnasse Vaugirard is also a large hub for city buses and trains leading outside of Paris.

Taxis and services like UBER are also available in Paris.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
