Thanks for the head's up about slow drain on bath sink got it taken care of. Next time don't hesitate to let us know right away before the end of the stay so we can get right to it! Thanks for your feedback. We were happy to have met you day of arrival. I believe you met Eve, one of our team members. Our maintenance staff, Jeff, was there everyday, certainly easy to talk with him or Eve about any concerns during your stay! Sorry you felt we were hard to contact. We apologize about the dryer , we found out about it from guests checking out the day you checked in, it went on our maintenance list and we forgot to mention it to you!. The Owner's are here now and are getting a repair company out to fix it while they are in the unit. We have our maintenance staff go over typically, each day, to check the pool in case it needs attention. Also this is the time he checks on grill to clean etc. He did not let us know about the lid, so we will also make the owners aware of it, thanks for mentioning. We apologize for the inconvenience of the lawn company, but they are on a reoccurring schedule with their business. We will talk with the owners about door and water pressure so they can be addressed properly! Thanks again for your feedback.

Hello Kelli, we are sorry to hear about these unsettling items. We apologize for the construction going on but did offer you a FULL refund for the nights you did not stay and you would have been able to find a place more suitable for you or a partial refund for the inconvenience of the early morning construction noise. YOU choose to stay and take the partial refund. We are glad the sun shade was able to help a little with the privacy aspect. Thank you for letting us know about the bedroom door not closing and the bathroom door not locking, we will work on these right away and have already ordered door knobs that lock! We have also since checked the bedroom doors and one door had a latch sticking. We have lubed this up and should be back in business. I am sad to hear that the pool didn’t looked vacuumed as the pool service for this property is 2 times per week (Monday and Thursday) along with my maintenance team who checks these properties daily along with them vacuuming the pool and spraying the whole pool area on Saturday which is a very typical schedule for us so guests can enjoy clean amenities for the weekend! Thank you for taking notice of how clean it is. This along with guests having a great time is our top priority. We are sorry we can not control construction around us but we would love to have you back once it is done or perhaps reach out and we can suggest one of our other properties we manage.
