Great getaway

We booked a last minute weekend getaway and this property was awesome! The property was clean and the beds were so comfortable! The beach gear was a great addition and made our beach days so convenient! We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location with direct beach access. As our first trip to Siesta Key, it definitely won’t be our last!

We loved staying here! The condo itself had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Especially loved all of the amenities for the beach, like umbrellas, chairs, coolers and carts. A nice very short walk through pathway from the condo to the beach. A short drive to amazing restaurants, shops and fun things to do. We will be back!

Beautiful siesta key condo

My husband and I stayed here for the second week of our honeymoon and it was perfect! The check in process was so easy, we even were running half a day late and got in at 1am and had no issues at all. Beautiful spacious clean condo with all the amenities you need. Right on the beach just a short walk down a path to the beach, no real view of the beach from the balcony due to trees but the trees provide a sense of privacy that we loved, Will definitely stay here again!

Nice furnishings but no noise buffer between each unit.

Wouldn’t use this unit for more than 2 people. Super small bathroom, shower head hits the ceiling so you can’t adjust it, and water pressure low. Very noisy upstairs and downstairs neighbors with no sound buffer between the units. Traffic noise all night. Needs blackout curtains in bedrooms. The ceiling light didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. But beds were comfy. Enjoyed the deck. Wish there was more of an ocean view than the small keyhole view. Kitchen adequate, Unit is convenient to public beach access. Okay for short visit for 2.

Inaccessible to beach

Not enough towels for kitchen. Very low amount of coffee and when I called all I got was a voicemail. The only way we got a little more coffee was from the maintenance man which he took from the first floor that wasn’t being used because of an A/C issue. The advertisement of private beach access is misleading which was completely flooded and loaded with mosquitoes.It is highly suggested that Altez Vacations builds a deck to have proper access to the beach. Also, the clothes washer/dryer you have to deposit quarters to use! Unbelievable!!! Paid Almost $1200 to stay 3 nights and you can’t even offer free laundry?!?!

Amazing location, perfect getaway condo!

We were the first to stay in this newly listed property. The initial communications with property management were prompt, helpful, and prepared us for our stay. Our flight was arriving in early in the day so we requested early check-in or at least access to the unit to store our luggage. The property manager was promptly in contact with me and graciously gave us early access at no additional cost. We were coming down for a short birthday celebration weekend and we notified them ahead of time. They left a wonderful gift and note on the table for us. One thing to note, they did not have a garbage in the bathroom or any Kleenex in the unit. Not a big deal at all, those were the only negatives we could find the entire four days of our stay. The unit was everything the pictures described and more. The direct and private access to the beach was unbelievable. Every bar and restaurant and shop within the Key Village was all of a 10 minutes walk down a well lit sidewalk. The trolley system drops off right outside the house for those who wish to not walk and its free of charge. I would highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a quiet beach retreat. I shopped around for a long time looking at prices and this place, for the access you have to the beach and nearby restaurants, is simply outstanding. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you for making our short weekend such a fantastic experience.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and the location is fantastic. You can easily walk to the village, but you're not so close that you're in the middle of the night life if you like quiet. Access to the beach is just steps away and we liked the towels and beach chairs provided. The view is beautiful, both from the deck and inside!

Lovely place for my small family. We loved to be able to walk to the beach mutilple times a day. Great location! Parking is tight so try to car pool if you can. Kitchen is small but has everything you need. Bathroom could use a vent to ventilate as it was very humid in there after a shower. The shower head is ok for us but can be a challenge for a tall person but nothing that you can't deal with for the location and convenient beach access. Would definitely return to this place if I ever come back to Siesta Keys. 9/10. (Would be 10/10 if bathroom had a vent).

Everything went very well for us during our 8-day stay during the Sarasota Jazz Festival. Anything we needed that was not initially provided was taken care of very quickly. Nice amount and quality of beach chairs and umbrellas. Very nice place just a short walk for the best beach in the USA!

Good Location

This is a nice location - beach side, easy walk to the Village, trolley stop just out front. The deck is nice, but no view of the beach. Easy access to the beach via public access adjacent to the property. The house itself is older and needs updating; the one and only bath in particular is in sad shape. Kitchen is well stocked, although no ice maker in the fridge. Beds are comfortable. Parking is limited.

Nice property, great location

Our family had an amazing time. The condo had everything we needed. It's a 2-3 minute walk down a pretty trail to gorgeous siesta key Beach. The water was spectacular and surf fishing was abundant. We enjoyed walking about a half mile to siesta key village to visit restaurants and shops in the evenings.
