A group of 8 adults stayed here this past week. This is one of many homes we have stayed in over the last several years. The group decided it was their favorite so far, mostly because of its location to Coligny. We have had pool issues at everyone of the other homes, but we were fortunate to finally have a whole week without any problems. The house is clean, beds comfortable, good kitchenware set up, great showers, great location to the beach and plenty of room for a large group. Would highly recommend. BTW, no elevator in this home, something we had gotten used to. Wanted to mention it in case this is important to you.

Access to the beach is great. Rooms and closets are very spacious. Pool is very nice.The only disappointments were: floors and couches need a deep cleaning. All outdoor furniture is old and falling apart. Needs to be replaced.Owner was very good with communication.

Overall, I would give this house a very good rating! We loved the layout of the house, the pool and especially the short distance to the beach access. Without a doubt, we will definitely be booking this again! Very close to Coligny and the shops! The only thing I would give as a suggestion is to maybe stock the kitchen better with cooking tools and essentials. The couch is comfortable but due to the loose cushion set up they slide all over the place. Some updates are definitely needed and maybe some hooks in the bathroom to hang bath towels to dry. We had no remote for our bedroom tv, but didn’t want to bother the owner with that! The house wasn’t cleaned as well as I had liked, but it was in no way horribly dirty. Washer and dryer worked very well and overall it was a great stay! We did have an issue with the showers but it was dealt with in 20 minutes!! Amazing response from the people who handled that! Looking forward to another week in your home!

Awesome location 7 minute walk to Coligny Beach restaurants and shops. Beach 50 steps away, several lawn chairs, sand toys in the garage. Pool and spa wonderful ( we paid extra to have it heated, well worth it as temperatures were in the high 60’s, low 70’s)Very spacious, well supplied kitchen pans and dishes Would stay again.Host responded IMMEDIATELY to concerns upon arrival (spa heat not on, 2 loose outlet plates, loose bath faucet, and floor in kitchen had slippery cleaning liquid present)The concerns were very minor to the enjoyment of the property.Thank you for sharing your home!Linda

Perfect stay

The house was a perfect place for our extended family. Plenty of space for all of us, a great pool, Coligny Plaza just a couple minute walk and best of all, the beach was less than a hundred yards away.Our host Peter was just a text away with any questions we had.The next time we visit we’ll be sure to stay there.

Great location

We enjoyed the short beach walk and closeness to Coligny. Pool was very popular with our family. Rooms were spacious and accommodating. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in HHI!

Location was great and this house was exactly what we needed for the 16 of us. Had an issue with the front door but was quickly taken care of by owner and maintenance man. Furnishings were pretty basic but ample room throughout the house.

We had 9 people and this house was amazing. The bedrooms were huge. The location was great. The pool was a huge hit and we will for sure be back. Hilton Head is out new favorite vacation spot!

“Best vacation ever!”

We have been coming to HHI since 2011 for our family vacation & everyone was in agreement that this was the best ever. The house is so spacious & beautiful; everyone had plenty of room without feeling crowed. We loved being steps away from the beach & when it was too windy at the beach we came back and enjoyed the pool. Being within walking distance to Coligny is also an advantage.

Great location

We stayed here a few years ago and love the location. It’s an easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The place was not cleaned very well when we got there but one call and a crew came the next day (Sunday) and took care of all the problem areas. It was nice that everyone had their own bathroom.

The house was great for our large group. Plenty of space for multiple families and just steps from the beach and a short walk to the shops. Would definitely recommend!

Loved It!

Stayed at this house 17 years ago. Loved this stay as much as I did then. My only complaint was the vacation was too short. I'd rent that house again in a heartbeat!
