Enjoy Sunrise over beautiful Moorings Bay and Sunset over the Gulf
It's a beautiful Gulf Shore Blvd third-floor condominium unit (yes, elevator) that is available for the entire 2023-24 season. Our center building is uniquely situated so that you have a fabulous view of Moorings Bay from the lanai (where most people choose to eat their meals) and a limited view of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom and a three-minute walk across the street to Via Miramar Beach.
This is a newly redecorated unit. Interior upgrades include cable TV in the living room and bedrooms, wireless internet during your stay, two twin XL adjustable beds (creating a king-size bed) in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the guest room and a full-sized roll-away bed, an in-unit laundry room with full-size machines, a lovely enclosed lanai facing the pool, private dock for fishing, and of course, Moorings Bay.
Watch the occasional dolphin swim by or take pictures of the visiting pelicans, herons, and egrets that land on our dock. Watch the tide rise and fall and time your fishing accordingly. We are south of the Harbour Drive bridge, which means larger boats that want to exit to the Gulf of Mexico through Doctor's Pass have to time their passage in order to pass under the bridge. Don't forget to wave at the people on the boats! It's a custom!
You will have a dedicated covered parking space with a lockable storage closet for your beach gear or fishing equipment available for your exclusive use.
Enjoy the ambiance and entertainment and dining options located nearby. To the North you will find Venetian Village which is a high-end plaza with lots of different trendy shops and restaurants overlooking Venetian Bay. To the south, you will find downtown Naples with the famous 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South.

My brother and I grew up in Trumbull, CT and spent our summers here in Naples. We were among the first families to own a place in Windsor Court and fell in love with the views from the very first day. We explored the unsold apartments, fished from the docks, and went beachcombing for shells almost every day. One of our family traditions is to stroll to the Miramar Beach access just before sunset to watch the day end--especially on the first day in Naples after being away!

Our parents chose this particular condo for its excellent location. It's south of the Harbour Drive bridge, so there is direct access to the Gulf of Mexico through Doctor's Pass. The apartment is in the center building, so it has an incredible view of Moorings Bay from the lanai and a limited view of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom. They chose the third floor because they enjoyed the exercise from climbing stairs, but didn't want to climb to the fifth floor! They also loved the view from the third floor.

Windsor Court is filled with friendly people. There are only 44 apartments, so you get to meet everyone easily. There is a social committee and you can volunteer to be on it! Prior to Hurricane Ian there were Chickee parties (potluck and BYOB) usually held twice a month. The chickee needs to be rebuilt, but undoubtedly there will be social events around the pool as people return for the season. Speaking of the season, you'll find owners and renters are friendly and welcoming. It's a nice, social atmosphere where you're sure to make new friends, get tips about things to do in the area, and just have a great time during the lovely Naples season. You'll be delighted with the friends you make!
