We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, this charming flat of a surface of 50 m ² with sight on the thermal baths and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a balcony. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet

Outside :
- A balcony of 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, in a very pleasant environment at the foot of the thermal baths in the town centre. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Amélie-les-Bains is a small and pleasant thermal town, between the sea and the mountains, with its Catalan culture, its carnival and its folklore festival.

- Sports activities at the natural leisure centre: supervised swimming (in summer), space for running, walking, a fitness trail, a fishing lake... But also, from the first days of spring, many fun and sports activities.
(paddle, canoe, pedal boat, inflatable game on water, ski lift).
- Possibility of excursions by coach: Carcassonne, Sète, Le Perthus, Gran Jonquera, Barcelona...
- Relaxation on the beaches of Argeles-sur-Mer, Saint-Cyprien or Collioure and water activities: diving, sailing, ket skiing, paddle...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking space (N°25) (available on request, optional: 50€/stay).

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Shuttle bus from Perpignan to Arles-sur-Tech and serving Amelie-les-Bains, Saint-Jean-Pla de Corts, Céret...
- Argelès-sur-Mer train station is about 40 minutes away by car and Perpignan is about 41 minutes away.
- Perpignan airport is about 45 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- Due to facade restoration work, the terrace will not be accessible.
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site), 26 € per kit (sheets, tea towel and towels).
- A private parking space (N°25) is available on request, in option: 50€/stay.
