We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, this charming apartment renovated in 2022, with sight sea located in a charming villa, of a surface of 49 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 21 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a shared garden in front of the sea, about 1 600 m². We are waiting for you!

Thanks to its ideal location, you will have the opportunity to discover the beautiful landscapes of the region including the beach of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer for a moment of relaxation or to enjoy the water sports offered by the sailing club of the city. Among these beaches you will find Juno beach (Canadian landing) at Courseulles-sur-Mer. If you want to learn more, you can go on an excursion to visit all the Normandy sites of the Second World War. At the end of the day, enjoy yourself at the casino before leaving the next morning for a visit of Caen: William the Conqueror's castle, contemporary art museums, discovery of the 100 bell towers of the city...
Don't leave without admiring a sunset from Cap Romain, a protected site that offers an abundance of fossils of great geological interest.
