- An open kitchen equipped with: central island, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
