The 140 m2 villa is located on the water's edge and consists of :
- A bright living room with a large comfortable sofa,
- A beautiful open kitchen fully equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, fridge, kettle, toaster...
- A dining room,
- A master suite with a bathroom with Italian shower, bathtub and 2 basins, a 160 x 200 cm bed and private terrace,
- An independent and soundproofed TV room in the mezzanine,
- A bedroom on the ground floor, 2 single beds that can be transformed into a 160x200 bed, with private bathroom - shower, and separate toilet.

2 terraces are fitted out and will allow you to take advantage of the outside:
- The terrace on the first floor overlooks the pond and connects the different rooms (living room, bedroom). It will allow you to rest or to have your meals, and to enjoy the sunsets
- The ground floor terrace with its relaxation area and jacuzzi
Relaxation areas are also spread around the villa.

You also have at your disposal 2 sunbeds and a hammock to enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake.

The beds are ready on your arrival, towels are at your disposal as well as beach towels. You have 2 bicycles for your walks by the sea.

The access is direct to the beach by the path: 8 minutes on foot and 2 by bike.

2 bicycles are available for your rides around the lake to the sea. You can also discover the joys of paddle on the calm waters of the pond.

The international golf course of La Grande Motte created by Robert Trent Jones senior is 15 minutes away by car.
