Wonderful home! The location is perfect for all things Waco. Our family loved being able to walk to Magnolia and the Dr Pepper museum. Home is beautiful decorated and very comfortable. Great Getaway!

This was my first time using VRBO and it could not have been better. The reservation process was easy, the owners were helpful and accommodating, and the house was even nicer and more spacious than it appears online. The attention to detail was so inviting that all 6 of us are looking forward to booking The Story House again and expanding our group to The Sterling House next door at the same time. Best Christmas Ever

I have never written an online review for anything in my life but this place deserves it. The pictures are fantastic but the place was even better. The design, the layout, the thought that went into this place is really amazing. My four kids and I decided to celebrate Christmas 2020 here and it exceeded our expectations. My four young children loved the bunk beds and the walk to the silos will take about 3-4 minutes tops! My wife can be fairly picky about cleanliness and style of places we stay but if you’re headed to Magnolia Market, there isn’t a better place to stay. My wife loved absolutely everything in this home and the communication with the owners was second to none. They have thought of every detail. Enough said, go ahead and book it.

Our best VRBO experience to date!

We have stayed in many VRBO properties
 it’s our favorite way to travel. Our experience at Story House was the best one we’ve had to date! The property is not only adorable and immaculate, but Brynn and Ashton have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that their visitors have an incredible experience. I have stayed in a lot of places that were well furnished and cute, but then you can tell the owners cut corners with cheap pillows and crappy towels. That was definitely not the case here! They actually had the same high end mattress that I have at my home and a plethora of fabulous pillows to choose from! And the bathrooms were even stocked with high end hair products, including hair spray, dry shampoo, and curling irons! I have never seen that in a VRBO. Plus the house is impeccably decorated with wonderful personal touches like family photos and artwork by their daughter (who the house is named after). It really made it feel like a HOME and not just a rental. Brynn had the house ready for us early and was in constant contact with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We got to meet them (as we both had reservations at the same restaurant at the same time), and they are now friends that I will surely stay in touch with since we plan to stay in their homes many times over the next 4 years that our son is a student at Baylor! In fact, we have already planned our next stay. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this home (which is easy walking distance to the silos, and conveniently located for lots of Waco activities). Five stars! I’d give it an extra star if I could!

The House with a Story
