Nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt von Waco und allem, was Magnolia und Baylor zu bieten haben, bietet dieses gemütliche Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern alles, was Sie für einen komfortablen und unvergesslichen Urlaub, einen Kurzurlaub, eine Geburtstagsreise, eine Frauenreise oder einen Geschäftsaufenthalt benötigen!

Das Giraffenhaus war in der Folge zu sehen, die uns einen Einblick gab, wie alles für Chip und Joanna begann. Das Haus hat eine Hüttenatmosphäre und wurde mit modernen Akzenten und dem typischen Chip- und Jo-Stil, den wir alle lieben, modernisiert.
Es gibt eine fantastische Schaukel auf der Veranda und einen noch besseren Garten mit einem Spielbereich für die Kinder. Genießen Sie das offene Wohnzimmer mit dem Fischgrätenboden (der Boden war von der Bäckerei übriggeblieben), den prächtigen Fund dieser Pantrytüren (sie wurden beim Renovieren in der Garage gefunden)
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet für alles, was Sie brauchen und das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss ... erinnern Sie sich an den Holzbalken und den Felsen von außerhalb des Hauses ..... und das Büro / Leseecke im Obergeschoss ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Verweilen genieße eine ruhige Zeit.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass steile Treppen zum Hauptschlafzimmer, zum Bad und zum Bürobereich führen und möglicherweise nicht für alle Gäste geeignet sind.

The house was a perfect place to enjoy some family time during Baylors Family weekend. Absolutely loved the kitchen and dining room for gathering. In the late afternoon, after all our sightseeing, shopping, and cheering on the Bears, I enjoyed reading on the front porch swing.

Amazing stay

We travelled from the UK to stay here as we are huge Fixer Upper fans. It was 5 mins in any direction to several great Magnolia landmarks - Magnolia Table (we ate here forBreakfast and dinner and both were amazing.) we visited the Castle Chip and Jo fixed up, Hotel 1928, and of course the beautiful Silos! All were so close. Our kids were 7 & 11 and loved Cameron Park zoo. Also the play set in the garden made their stay - they were on it every day. We loved sitting on the front porch swing in the evenings. The house is beautiful in every way. Thank you for a great stay!

Waco, here we come!

The Giraffe House was a beautiful home to stay at for our visit to Magnolia Market. This was a bucket list for my mom. We had a girls’ trip and we loved it. Waco Tours taught us so much about Waco and where we should visit. We loved dating in a home from Fixer Upper and done by Chip and Joanna. The home is not walkable to the Silos, but we had a rental car and that was fine. Home was clean, beds were comfortable and check in was super easy. I highly recommend!

Sweet short stay

Visiting Baylor with my son we stayed a couple of nights. Explored the neighborhood and enjoyed our stay. Take some time to sit on the front porch and soak up some sunand listen to the neighborhood on a Sunday morning.

Giraffe House

I was in Waco with my mom and sister for a girls trip and we loved being able to stay in a “Fixer Upper” house! The home was beautiful and was very clean. Everything there was very comfortable and we appreciated all of the information that the hosts gave us. The only negative thing we have to say was that when we first got to the house it was FREEZING. The house was set to 58 degrees and it took a while for it to heat up to a comfortable temperature. We would still stay here again when we come back again some day.

Magnolia Charm

We loved staying at one the Fixer Upper houses. Everything we needed was available. The neighborhood was a little disappointing but we all felt safe. The backyard was nice for our youngster, but some overused toys and other items could be removed. Fresh paint is needed on the front porch and back door.

Great experience!

LOVED the house! It's so much fun and functional! We have a toddler so the playground in the back sold us, then I fell absolutely in love with the convertible toilet seat for the little one. All the details in this house are perfect. We love to take family walks, so on the first night we walked a couple of blocks and turned back, that's the only negative. Never felt unsafe in the house, just not a really walkable neighborhood.

Fun stay in Waco at the Giraffe House

I reserved this house for a mother-daughter trip to Waco. We were excited to watch the Fixer Upper episode featuring this house in the weeks before we traveled. The rental contact communicated frequently prior to our arrival with instructions and add'l information about Waco. One the day of arrival, I received specific instructions on how to access the house. We arrived and got into the house without any issues & we loved it! Very cozy bungalow size home with 3 bedrooms to choose from. House was clean and a notebook with check-in & checkout instructions, along with lots of recommendations for eating & shopping in Waco was left out for us. The rental contact stayed in touch throughout our stay to be sure we were doing alright, and I knew I could contact them if we needed anything. Really appreciated their accessibility. The house is very comfortable, but the upstairs bedroom does stay a bit warmer than the rest of the house. I do think they could add some hangars to the closets, and some towel hooks in the bathrooms, but otherwise this is a great place to stay! Highly recommend and we cannot wait to revisit someday!

So much fun!!!

We were all so excited to stay in the Fixer Upper house! And it was more amazing than we expected!!! Stayed here for 1 night, wish we could have stayed longer! Will for sure be back! Waco was so much fun!! Went to every Magnolia store. House was amazingly decorated! Got ideas for my own house. We all had so much fun playing board games at the table eating Magnolia cupcakes! And playing twister in the upstairs gameroom! Also played in the backyard on swingset and playing football! We loved the front porch swing. Quiet neighborhood, 5 to 10 mins from all things Magnolia! Thank you for the coffee, wine, and treats, and for sharing your house!!

Giraffe House in Waco

It was fun to stay in a Fixer Upper house from Season 4. The house is in a convenient location and worked well for our family. Our granddaughters loved playing with the toys, and on the swings and slide in the backyard. A pack and play was available, which was super helpful. It would have been great to have a highchair, too. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and dining area.

The Magnolia Experience

Affordable and clean stay with the full Magnolia experience. Toddler age kids loved the backyard and house was kid friendly too. Would recommend to anyone but in particular those with young children. Only request would be a full length mirror in a bedroom or bathroom.

Perfect House
