Welcome to our space... The entire Luxury Villa is designed by WHY architects, the interior size is 3,000 sqft and additional 3000sqft outdoor deck and garden area. The entire estate is gated with security cameras surrounding the premises. When walking into the gated property, the front yard is a luscious editable garden filled with seasonal herbs and vegetables, in the center is a built in Koi Fish pond dressed with Lilly pads and fountains... creating a beautiful and calm entrance. To the right side of the home there is a gated driveway that can fit up to 2 cars. walking towards the back of the home.. the garden continues to be luminous (designed by a famous local landscape architect Double Green landscaping co.) with Korean grass surrounding the saltwater pool and Jacuzzi , a large Brazilian deck and 4 meter hedges that creates privacy .. an outdoor shower with heated fresh water is preferably used after existing the salt water dipping pool.

The sun rays hits different parts of the deck at different hours of day, so for those you love vitamin D and/or just want the sun for vanity purposes our guests will have plenty of sun to devour themselves with. There are two lounge chairs for bathing in the sun, and a table that seats 6.. perfect outdoor space for entertaining. entering the home... just visual this... The front door entrance of our house opens to the living room surrounding by floor to ceiling glass windows that slide completely open to the out door garden ...the mood of this home is that the out door and indoor space become one. The vision is the live with nature in a modern glass house. The living room is filled with one of a kind pieces from local California designers. we praise to keep the home filled with Californian influences. the floor plan is open to our kitchen, an Italian design with modern lines, walnut wooden cabinets and Calcutta marble .. The island in the middle is used as 4 stool bar seating and a cooking station.. the kitchen is fully equipped with a wine cooler, Mela appliances, specifics such as; espresso machine, water kettle, blenders, a cabinet filled with spices are all provided. high end cooking gear for those who love to cook or if you ever want to hire one of our local chefs on our recommendation list ... it always a nice way to host. on the right side of the kitchen we have have a large dining nook with a designer wood trunk table that seats up to 12 people. The 1st floor space has a vanity toilet room. The whole house is controlled by a smart home system and a full surveillance security system instructions upon arrival. The stair case walks you up to the second floor of the villa where all the bedrooms are located. Master bedroom, has a king size bed, and its own master shower and bath, walk in closet and Large balcony, the balcony over looks the garden and has a gorgeous city view of the canon ..

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and its own master bath and walk in closet .. and a balcony looking over the pool and deck. and of course views of the beautiful architecture buildings in the neighborhood. The 3rd bedroom, has a full size bed, and its own shower bathroom as well. and in the middle hallway space has a built in closet for towels and bedding and clothing washer dryer appliances. All Bedrooms have black out shades. in fact the entire home has shades controlled by remotes. TVs in both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. dimming mood lights in all three rooms and throughout the home.

Last but not least the garage is an indoor gym. includes yoga mats and a Palaton bike. so if you have shoes bring them!
