The Space:
I’ve never managed a property with so much character and charm…and art! It’s clear this house was a home, and I’m excited to share it with you. It truly does have everything, with plenty of space to hang out in groups or go off on your own for some privacy or work. The pool, the rooftop, the en-suite bathrooms, the gym, the balconies!
★ It’s rare to find a truly “walkable” house in LA. But, situated off of a beautiful residential street, you can walk to some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes, and attractions in LA

Honestly, you’re right at the intersection of 4 awesome neighborhoods. Just minutes North is WeHo/Hollywood, East is Larchmont, South is Hancock Park/Mid-Wilshire and West is Beverly Hills. The neighborhood is residential, family friendly, and very WALKABLE.

Scooters: Bird, Lyft, and Lime are all fun apps you can download to use scooters to get around.
Uber/Lyft: Use ride sharing to avoid drinking and driving.
Subway: Believe it or not, we have a subway! Uber to the subway in Hollywood and get back and forth to places like Downtown without getting stuck in traffic!

- NO PARTIES (this includes the guests. If any of the guests are staying up all night playing music and being disruptive than it is a party)
- NO LOUD MUSIC
- NO MUSIC BY THE POOL PAST SUNSET
- NO MUSIC ON THE ROOF EVER
- ROOFTOP QUIET HOURS START AT 10pm (even talking echos throughout the neighborhood so please be respectful)
- ENTERING AND EXITING - Loud cars, drunk guests entering/exiting are disruptive.
- BEING RUDE TO THE NEIGHBORS- You will be asked to leave.
If you break any of these rules you will be asked to leave. The neighborhood is on high alert and police will be called. Remember you're staying in a home on a residential street. Please treat the space and the neighbors with respect. Otherwise you will be EVICTED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND $1000 NOISE FINE.
*For security purposes, there are outdoor security cameras & ring cameras. There is a noise monitoring device outside to monitor noise levels. We will notify you if noise levels exceed limit.
*Jacuzzi & yard maintenance occurs once a week and you will be notified in your messages.
*Jacuzzi heat is included in your stay! However, the pool heat is an additional $200 a day. You’ll have more information in your welcome email but please know it takes some time to heat up so let me know before you arrive if possible.***
