“Aquarius” is perfectly located in the center of Anna Maria Island a short block walk to pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches. Tucked into a quiet Holmes Beach neighborhood, you’ll feel stress free strolling down the street from “Aquarius” for day long beach side relaxation. Experience clear blue water and powder fine sand on some of the best beaches Florida has to offer during this one of a kind paradise getaway.
This well-appointed home offers subtle yet beautiful decor throughout with cool ocean hues. On the main living level at “Aquarius” enjoy an open floor plan perfect for keeping guests entertained together. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, modern light fixtures, tiled backsplash, and granite countertops with breakfast bar seating for two guests. The dining room table seats eight making it a great spot for more formal meals. In the living room you’ll find comfortable seating and a flat screen television along with wireless internet throughout the home. Exit through the living room doors to the backyard balcony with stairs leading you into your own private oasis.
Family and friends will love spending time in this backyard with a heated pool, lush landscaping, propane barbeque grill, outdoor shower, ping pong table, and a fun covered lounge complete with a dining space, flat screen television and colorful lounge chairs.
All four of the bedrooms in this Anna Maria Island vacation rental offer premium hotel quality linens and flat screen televisions to keep guests feeling at home. All bedrooms are located on the main living level. In the hallway leading to two of the guest bedrooms there is a family friendly bathroom with a tub/shower combo. On the opposite end living level you’ll find two more bedrooms both with king beds, and private bathrooms with large tiled walk in showers and double vanity sinks. Every room at “Aquarius” feels like the master suite leaving guests feeling pampered in paradise.
On the main living level is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. “Aquarius” also offers both beach and bath towels to keep guests comfortable.
When you are ready to explore Anna Maria Island beyond the beach, walk over to the free trolley stop at the corner of Gulf Drive and 50th Street. “Aquarius” offers four parking spaces, so leave the cars and the stress of finding parking, and view the island like a local. The trolley typically runs every 20 minutes, and takes you almost the entire length of the island. If you are looking for fine dining, The Beach Bistro is just a few blocks away. Catch a northbound trolley into the city of Anna Maria, or a southbound trolley to the city of Bradenton Beach.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
