Fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, which made our early morning walks a daily highlight. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay. Highly recommend and would gladly return!

We loved the location of this property. Near the grocery store and some restaurants and shops tgat you can walk to. It is also near the beach and trolley stop. The property was cute and clean! We had a couple of issues that were taken care of quickly by the rental company. The rental company was easy to work with and quick to respond to our issues. The pool was warm and the kids really enjoyed themselves. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great house by the Beach

House, pool, parking and location are perfect. 200m walk to the beach and skinny’s bar just around the corner. We loved the island and will definitely be back.

Perfect place for a low-key getaway

The location was terrific, a short walk to the beach and the pool was great. The living room area and bedrooms were all roomy and allowed us to spread out as needed. Loved it!

Absolute paradise

My family of 4 had such an amazing vacation at this rental. The pool area was gorgeous and the location was perfect. We were so close to the beach which was just a few minute walk. Also a 5 min. Walk to Publix and cvs. I would highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

Great location, the house has everything you need. One block from the beach and one block from the grocery store. The pool was great to enjoy at night. My only negative was it could have been a bit cleaner.

Relaxation at beach and pool!

We felt the condo was very roomy yet cozy. The pool was a nice treat after a full day at the beach. Loved the privacy. Very easy walk to the beach. All the items in the Garage helped for an easy trip to the beach. The Bikes were great too

Absolutely fantastic

We loved our time at the house and on the island. The backyard being in shade for the afternoon and evening made it great for our 3 and 4 year olds to enjoy the pool. House was immaculate and we can’t wait to come back again.

Perfect for our family!

This house was just the right amount of space for our family of 6 and great for young children as well! It was very clean, in a great location and our kids especially loved the pool! Linda was so wonderful to work with, sending recommendations and being very responsive to any questions we had. We hope to come back soon!

Great house in a fabulous location!

Loved our stay here! Beach is a block away and BEAUTIFUL! Not in the mood for the beach? There's a great private pool in the backyard! The house was lovely, clean, we'll kept, and comfortable. A block from grocery, drug store, liquor store, several restaurants & shops, yet the location is on the quieter end of the island. Loved it!

We booked this VBRO for Spring Break with five of us. I cannot say enough good things about this rental. It was walking distance to the grocery store and pharmacy, which made picking up things to grill a breeze. It was a quick 5 house walk to the beach, so we didn't have to try to find parking. The pool was warm and clean. Grill worked great. Layout was big enough for 4 adults and 1 child. Great communication from the rental property. We were offered to check in early. We had an issue with a breaker flipping the first night. We were quickly able to get a hold of someone and get it resolved. Great, great rental.

AMI Getaway

Palms Beach West was the perfect choice for our AMI Getaway. The location is ideal (even the steps to the beach were accurate). Quick access to everything we needed around the corner. House was clean, inviting and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. As first-time visitors to the island for vacation, we were pleasantly surprised at how well Palms matched our vibe. Do not hesitate to book this, just not when we plan on returning ;)

Great Beach trip!

The house is maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach, its so close! and the private pool was amazing when it was too hot to be out in the sun because it was perfectly shaded. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking utensils you need, which we used every day. I really liked having the pool off the house so we could watch the kids play and get food ready. A solid choice for anyone with young kids, the property was perfect and we'll be back!

Fun Getaway

All six "girls" loved staying at your beautiful house. Not only close to the beach, but we enjoyed sitting outdoors by the pool when we were not at the beach. It has all the amenities that you need and have no complaints at all. Very convenient to everything, too. The pictures of the house are definitely all that you would expect. Hopefully, we will return next spring to enjoy it all again and will certainly recommend this rental to anyone interested in a beach vacation.

Pretty much perfect.

Beautiful property in an ideal location 1 block from beach. Private pool and waterfall are a highlight as well and are perfectly maintained. Feels like being at home with kitchen that has everything you need for cooking, beach towels, pool toys, etc. You can walk to Publix, beach stores and several good restaurants In 5 minutes. Can’t think of what I would change. We loved our 3 week stay.

Wonderful stay on AMI!!

Our family of 4 including two college age daughters loved our stay at Linda's house! It was the perfect house for our week stay close to grandparents and the beach. The house is in great condition (including beautiful landscaping and a heated pool!) making it perfect for instant vaca once you arrive. The location is outstanding with it so close to the beach as well the shops (including grocery and drug store) while maintaining privacy and peace/quiet. I am certain will we return for our next trip to AMI! Thanks so much Linda.

We loved it

We loved it, the only problem we found was the dryer was not working - which would not have been a big deal except it was reported on a past review so I presumed it would have been fixed as it was already reported in the past. Management responded promptly when I called which was great, so overall a great stay. Some beach chairs and beach accessories would be nice and I think could be provided for this somewhat pricey place.
