NOTE: This is a Split-Level Home. There are no interior stair connections between the upper and lower levels; stairs are accessed externally.

• Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy Giant Connect 4, Cornhole, Giant Jenga, 5 single kayaks, an inflatable SUP, 8 adult bikes (6 women's, 2 men's), 2 kids' BMX-style bikes, a child's bike with training wheels, and a toddler Radio Flyer trike. We provide beach/camp chairs, sand toys, pool floats, and life jackets in all sizes. For beach days, use the small-wheeled cooler or one of the three soft-sided tote coolers. Ride to Sombrero Beach for volleyball, pavilions, and showers, then fire up the gas grill to wind down the day.
• Parking: This property offers 4+ parking spaces, including boat trailer parking.
• Sleep in Comfort: The upper level has an elegant master suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, balcony, and workstation, plus two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) sharing a bathroom. The lower level features a private two-bedroom suite with king and queen beds, a luxurious bathroom, and separate entrance. All bedrooms have smart TVs.
• Private Outdoor Space: The spacious balcony overlooking the canal features a dining table and separate sitting area—perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining while taking in the views.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: A chef's dream with stainless steel appliances, double oven, pantry, two sinks, wine fridge, and ample counter space. The layout includes a dining table by the kitchen, open to the living room, so the cook stays involved.

1st Level of the Split-Level Home:

Downstairs features fully separate 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), 1-bathroom suite with a private ground-level entrance. There are no interior connections between the upstairs and downstairs. Each bedroom on this level is equipped with its own smart TV.

Outdoor Oasis:

The outside area of Paradise Found offers plenty of parking for multiple cars and a boat trailer, with a fully fenced yard perfect for pets to enjoy paradise. For fishermen and families, there's dock space for up to 50ft, an on-site ice maker, and a fish cleaning table. Explore the island with 5 kayaks or ride the 4 beach cruiser bikes to Sombrero Beach, where you'll find white sand, azure waters, volleyball courts, pavilions, and showers. Relax by the concrete pool, with poolside lounge chairs, water views, and lush tropical landscaping.

2nd Level of the Split-Level Home:

The main level includes a master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, workstation, and balcony access. Two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, share a bathroom. The spacious living room and bright, open kitchen are also on this level, perfect for large groups or multiple families. Each bedroom on this level is also equipped with its own smart TV.


••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

"The home is beautiful, the pool watm and inviting. Given the time of year, we opted to pay an extra fee to heat the pool and would recommend it if traveling with small children or elderly. The home offers LOTS of extras with bikes, board games, beach chairs and mats, a cooler on wheels and TONS of beach and pool towels. We were very happy with the stay and would stay again!"

"It was a perfect home for 8 adults and one infant. We loved the heated pool, kayaks in the channel, biking around the neighborhood. We had two of our adult children use the downstairs bedrooms and they liked the privacy of their rooms. We also enjoyed all the board games, beach chairs/towels and other fun games like large Connect Four. We went to a lot of different restaurants and bars in the area and took a drive to Key West to shop and went on a 1-1/2 sunset cruise. It was a great week to enjoy the sun and we got to see a big Super Bowl win by the Chiefs!!!"
