Situated on the 4th floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 33 m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as the Wall of I Love You!

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed and a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as an electric stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay!

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The 18th arrondissement is centered around the charming hilltop Montmartre ("La Butte"), a former artists' village once inhabited by Picasso and Dali, and home to the majestic Sacré-Cœur basilica. There are sweeping views of the city from the steep, winding streets, while the iconic Moulin Rouge cabaret below draws tourists and nightclubbers. The edgy Lamarck district attracts hipsters with retro-cool bars and eateries.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Jules Joffrin (line 12), is just a 6-minute walk.

The metro station, Porte de Clignancourt (line 4), is 11 minutes away.

There are multiple bus stops in the area.

Both Paris Orly Airport and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport are approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
