WONDERFUL LOCAL LIFE: Visit the local wine shop and green grocer, butcher, cheese shop, florist and even Chinese take-out -- just steps away on rue Damremont. The twice-per-week market all along rue Ordoner is a must-do if you are in Paris on a Wednesday or Sunday. You'll also find a Franprix supermarket just down the street on rue Damremont, a Monoprix around the corner on rue Vauvenargues, and a Carrefour City on the corner of rue Lamarck and rue Carpeaux which is open late and on Sundays. The daily market street on Avenue de St. Ouen offers all the fresh food you could ever dream of, with an even larger selection than rue Damremont!
Pure Paris! This stunning 2-bedroom apartment is the perfect fit for family and friends! With two completely independent queen bedrooms on opposite sides of the main apartment hallway, everyone will enjoy complete comfort in this spacious apartment. Shopping at the fabulous food markets on rue Damremont are at your doorstep, including the famous Delmontel bakery, Chez Virginie cheese shop, and Arnaud Larher chocolate shop. The entire apartment was fully renovated just three years ago, and you will find many thoughtful touches throughout.
BEDROOM 1: Featuring a queen bed, this bedroom is located on the street side of the building. The windows are double-glazed and designed for blocking street noise. This bedroom also offers plenty of storage with built-in shelves and cabinets.
BEDROOM 2: Also featuring a queen bed, this bedroom is located across the hall from the first bedroom, and is located on the quiet courtyard side of the building. There is a full wall of built-in closets in this bedroom.
BATHROOM: The modern bathroom features a combination shower with full-sized bathtub, sink, vanity area with storage. The toilet is separate and located off the main hallway.
KITCHEN: The kitchen has full-sized appliances, such as an electric four-burner stove, full-sized electric oven, dishwasher, clothes washer, refrigerator with freezer, electric water kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary pots, pans and dishes and utensils for cooking. You'll even find basic cooking spices and condiments, providing all the tools you'll need to enjoy preparing meals at home with fresh produce, fish, meat and cheese found in the neighborhood at local traiteurs.
LIVING AREA: You'll find an extendable dining table for 4-6 guests in the living room, and a breakfast bar with bar stools in the kitchen. It also offers a comfortable sofa bed for two.
FAMILIES: Families will enjoy the park at Square Carpeaux just around the corner.
STAY CONNECTED: The apartment has WIFI internet and a landline telephone with free international calling to many countries (US & Canada included - ask for other countries). The main living room TV has cable and access to some English-language news stations.
TRANSPORTATION: Metro Lamarck-Caulaincourt (Line 12) is about a 5-minute walk, as is Guy Moquet (Line 13). The 95 and 81 buses are also excellent options for visiting Paris.
PARKING RENTAL : Please inform us as soon as you book the apartment if you want to rent the parking. The owner needs some delay to be able to move his car. We can't guarantee parking availability for last minute bookings.
