We rent our 126m² house on one level in Juvignac, west of Montpellier (20 minutes from the city center). It offers a garden and a swimming pool. We are at the corner of a cul-de-sac and a secondary street with very little traffic. Absolute calm and the field of birds await you. It is composed of an open living room of 62m², four bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a garage of 23m². Linen is provided: sheets, towels and foutas. There are local shops, pizzeria, beautician and a grocery store 500m away. A supermarket 2.5km away. We have tram 3 1.5km away and a bus stop 150m away. Many tourist sites are nearby (Nîmes, Saint Guilhem le désert 30 min.; Aigues-Mortes, Avignon, Arles, the Pond du Gard, the Cirque de Navacelles, less than 1 hour away). In 20 minutes, you can reach the nearest beaches Frontignan, Palavas, etc.
You can quickly access the banks of the Hérault and the Salagou lake to enjoy a canoe trip.

If you play golf you can walk there (10 minutes)

The area is also suitable for road biking or mountain biking.
