Matt and Nikki were quick to respond when the lock wasn't working, and solved the problem immediately. The house was well stocked, clean, and had the perfect vacation vibe. We brought our boat and keeping it at the house was so convenient, we were able to go out on the water daily. Several restaurants were within walking distance. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay on our trip!

Perfect family getaway!

The property was super cute situated in a neighborhood that is not overly developed yet there were a few restaurants we could walk to that had great food, outside waterfront seating and music. Loved being able to walk out the back porch patio to kayak in the canal. Close to beach and Marco Island. Owners were so helpful and kind. We had a wonderful time.

Relaxing, quiet and convenient

Excellent modernized home in a quiet neighborhood on the water with access to the bays. Fun for paddle boarding and kayaking with numerous dolphin siting's. The home is comfortable and perfect for a small family. Very helpful owners with prompt answers to any questions. Would recommend.

Wonderful!

This was the most well-appointed vacation home we've ever been in. I'm so grateful for Matt and Nikki sharing it with our family. We ate every meal looking out at the water, enjoying the sunroom, loving the view. This was the most perfect place. ***10,000 stars***

Great Vacation Place

Wow, we loved this place! The house is nicely decorated, everything was brand new and clean. We had a great time there, it is a very relaxing and beautiful place. The boat lift worked very well for our 21 foot boat as well. The canal was wide enough, just be aware of the fact that it gets quite shallow at low tide. The owners Nikki and Matt were kind and responsive, the neighbors were very nice, too. Our family travels a lot so we have seen enough to compare and I can honestly say this was one of the best places we have stayed at. I highly recommend this place!

Isle of Capri.

We rented for three weeks. Great little renovated Florida cottage. Comfortably fits 4 people. Very clean and nicely decorated. New bathrooms and kitchen. Great location quiet neighborhood great backyard over looking a canal. Walking distance to several great restaurants. We had Dolphins and Manatees come for a visit. First time we rented this home. We will definitely rent again.

What an absolutely wonderful spot! This was our first time renting a house and everybody agreed it was the best. Matt and Nikki certainly set the bar high! They were wonderful hosts. The house was clean and had everything we needed with thoughtful details throughout. We played several of the games provided and the kayaks that they have at the house were perfect for the kids to take around the canal. It sure didn’t hurt that some dolphins decided to join them! Our son was able to fish all he wanted! The upstairs bedroom was great for our teenager to have his own space, and our daughter says the couch is the most comfortable because she fell right asleep on it! Our daughter has allergies and asthma so we truly appreciated a pet-free and safe space for her. Thank you for sharing your space with us! We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

Quiet and relaxing!

This house is adorable! So tastefully done! It had everything we needed. We took full advantage of the kayaks and boat lift for our rented boat. The neighborhood was great for walking and biking, with 3 restaurants within 2/10 of a mile! Would definitely stay again

Fantastic home and owners!

Even with tropical storm Elsa coming through we had a great time at this wonderful home. Matt and Nikki are such gracious and helpful hosts, I can't say enough good things about them. The home itself is like new and right on some good fishing. We loved it here and look forward to returning!
