Very nice house located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Four bright bedrooms, each with its own updated ensuite bathroom and a wall mounted TV. Large South facing deck with amazing views of the mountains, patio furniture and a grill. Living room with 75" TV and a stone fireplace. Great views pretty much from every window. Ideal for your next family get together.

Close by to Baldy Mountain trailhead. On a bus route (the bus is free and would take you to the Gondola and Main Street).

Main Level. Living room with two couches, 75" wall mounted TV and a gas stone fireplace. Large kitchen and dining table for 6. 4 more friends can sit at the counter. Bedroom with two twin beds and its own TV and bathroom (the bathroom is also accessible from the hallway, but the door can be locked). Access to a large south facing deck. Cozy-up with tea in the morning and wine at night. This is the perfect place to relax and recharge. Hummingbirds love the feeder there.

Upper Level. Main bedroom with vaulted ceiling, king size bed, large wall mounted TV, electric fireplace and stunning views. Ensuite marble and mother of pearl bathroom with live edge vanity. Second bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed, tv and ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer is located in the hallway.

Lower Level. The fourth bedroom with large french door, wall mounted tv and it's own bathroom. There is a queen bed and a little kitchenette. Easy access to the yard with two chairs.

Abundant wildlife outside our door includes hummingbirds, moose, fox and on rare occasions even a bear.

This is a single family home, not a duplex.

All bathrooms have been recently remodeled.

Please note:

- the carpet has some stains - it's freshly, professionally cleaned, but they won't come off (our kids are too creative)
- garage will not be accessible during your stay, but up to 5 cars can be parked in the driveway
- there is an older hot tub on the deck (no jets)
- super well behaved, non-shedding dog might be considered for an additional pet fee (must inquire and be approved before making reservation).

The house is in a super quiet neighborhood. It's ideal for families. Absolutely no parties or loud noise of any kind. Quiet hours are strictly enforced.
